Best Website Visitor Identification Tools (2026): Top 11 Compared

Updated October 2026By StatWharf Editorial11 vendorsMethodology

Website visitor identification tools put a name on anonymous website traffic. The eleven products here split three ways. Dealfront, Snitcher, Albacross, Leadinfo and Lead Forensics identify the company behind a visit, mostly by matching IP addresses to business records, and add contact data for people at that company. RB2B, Warmly, Breakout and 6sense also resolve individual visitors and pass them to sales workflows, chat or AI agents. Customers.ai and fullthrottle.ai serve consumer brands, matching visitors to email profiles or households for retargeting. Seven of the eleven publish starting prices.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.

Website visitor identification tools name the companies, people or households behind anonymous website traffic. A pixel or script records each visit, the tool matches it against its own identity data, and the result goes to a dashboard, a Slack channel, a CRM or an ad platform. Buyers also search for them as website visitor tracking software, B2B visitor identification software, reverse IP lookup tools or website deanonymization tools.

The eleven products compared here fall into three groups. Dealfront, Snitcher, Albacross, Leadinfo and Lead Forensics identify visiting companies and add contacts. RB2B, Warmly, Breakout and 6sense also resolve individual visitors and pass them to alerts, chat, AI agents or account-based programs. Customers.ai and fullthrottle.ai serve consumer brands. All pricing notes were checked in October 2026. Entries with dated source checks appear first. That order records research readiness. It is not a measure of product quality or a ranking.

Dealfront

Consider forB2B sales and marketing teams that want to see which companies visit their website, report on campaign sources and enrich visiting accounts with verified contacts
Pricing notesLite is free with the last 100 identified companies a month and 7-day history. Discover starts at €79 a month billed annually (€113 monthly), Activate at €369 a month billed annually (€527 monthly) and Scale at €599 a month, billed annually only. Price depends on identified companies and credits per month; Enterprise volumes are custom (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluatePairs company identification with B2B web analytics by channel, campaign and page, plus Google and LinkedIn ad reports

Dealfront sells the visitor identification product formerly known as Leadfeeder, and the app still runs on the leadfeeder.com domain. A tracking script identifies companies as they browse, in real time rather than in batches, and shows industry, headcount, technology stack and recent news for each one. Web Insights, added to every plan, reports which channels, campaigns and pages bring in the companies a team wants.

Plans differ by identified-company limit, monthly credits and unlocked features. Discover adds full company profiles, real-time alerts, CRM sync and API and MCP access. Activate adds verified emails and phone numbers, intent filters, B2B display campaigns and CRM automations. Scale adds free company exports, automatic CRM updates and a dedicated customer success manager.

An identified company counts once a month however often it returns. Credits pay for enrichment, exports and campaign actions, and Dealfront publishes a credits FAQ on its pricing page.

Potential strengths

  • Free Lite plan and a 14-day trial with no card
  • Unlimited users and unlimited tracked domains on every plan

Trade-offs

  • Verified emails, phones and campaigns start at Activate
  • Enrichment and CRM pushes consume credits on top of the plan limit

Higher volumes are custom. 14-day free trial (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateOne feature set at every price point, so the only variable is identified-company volume

Snitcher identifies the companies visiting a website by matching visitor IP addresses to company records in its own database, then enriches each company with firmographic and technographic data. Teams filter by buyer persona and industry, score leads automatically and trigger Slack, email or CRM workflows when a target account arrives.

All plans include company identification, the Identity Layer for user identification, intent signal detection, real-time alerts, CRM sync, REST API access and GDPR compliance tools. Snitcher states that it processes data under the legitimate interest basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(f), focuses on company-level data and reveals individual contact details only when a customer chooses to.

A unique identification counts the first time a company visits within the billing period. Snitcher also sells Radar for embedded visitor tracking, an IP-to-company API and white-label options for platforms, plus an agency partner program.

Potential strengths

  • Published price for every volume tier up to 5,000 companies
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, Attio and Close integrations included

Trade-offs

  • Contact-level identification is marked as conditional on the feature list

Consider forB2B teams selling into the US that want identified individual visitors and their LinkedIn profiles delivered to Slack, Teams or a CRM
Pricing notesFree with company-level ID and 150 resolutions a month. Starter costs $79 a month with person-level LinkedIn URLs to Slack or Teams and 300 resolutions. Pro starts at $149 a month with business emails and all integrations, from 600 resolutions. Pro+ starts at $199 a month with premium resolution. Feature to evaluatePublishes its own coverage estimates by plan: 15 to 20 percent on Pro and 35 to 45 percent on Pro+

RB2B identifies individual website visitors and sends their LinkedIn profile URLs to Slack or Microsoft Teams as they browse. Contact-level identification applies to US visitors only; company-level identification is global. A resolution is one identified visitor delivered to the customer, and plans include a monthly allowance.

Pro adds business email enrichment, Hot Pages tagging of high-intent pages, Hot Leads filtering by ideal customer profile, exclusions by domain, URL or list, and integrations with Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, webhooks, Apollo, CSV export and more than a dozen other products. Pro+ uses premium resolution with an identity graph waterfall and raises stated coverage from 15 to 20 percent to 35 to 45 percent for both contact-level and company-level identification. Higher Pro tiers include up to 2,500 resolutions and Pro+ tiers up to 2,500,000.

  • Transparent per-resolution overage pricing

Trade-offs

Warmly

mid-marketwarmly.ai ↗
Consider forB2B revenue teams that want person- and company-level visitor identification routed to reps, chat and AI agents that engage visitors in real time
Pricing notesAI Web-Deanonymization starts at $10,000 a year, Inbound Chat at $20,000 a year and AI Inbound Autopilot at $30,000 a year, each from 10,000 credits a month. Add-ons include the GTM Signals Package and Warm Experiences at $10,000 a year each. Warmly states customers can pay quarterly to try and switch to annual to save (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateMoves from identification to live engagement: AI chatbot, warm calling and an autopilot agent on higher plans

Warmly states that its AI de-anonymizes website visitors at the person level as well as the company level. The AI Web-Deanonymization plan includes contact and company identification, ICP filtering, real-time and Slack alerts, lead routing, CRM sync, sales engagement and webhook integrations, and retargeting by email, LinkedIn and ads.

Inbound Chat adds an AI chatbot with one AI Studio agent, warm calling through live chat, offers, chat metrics and automated email follow-up. AI Inbound Autopilot adds unlimited AI Studio agents and an autopilot agent that sets goals, qualifies visitors, generates mini-demo slides and writes follow-up.

Warmly describes a data foundation of more than 220 million people profiles and 40 million company profiles. The optional GTM Signals Package adds Bombora research intent, hiring, funding and competitor keyword signals. Warmly also appears on StatWharf's AI sales assistant comparison for its outbound and inbound agents.

  • Identifies contacts and companies with ICP filtering and lead routing on the entry plan
  • Retargeting via email, LinkedIn and ads included from the first plan

Breakout

mid-marketgetbreakout.ai ↗
Consider forB2B marketing and sales teams that want website visitors identified, enriched and engaged in real time by an inbound AI SDR that books meetings
Pricing notesSignals starts at $500 a month with visitor and company deanonymization, waterfall enrichment, buying-group identification and 5 seats. Growth starts at $2,000 a month with the Inbound AI SDR, rep hand-off, multi-channel plays, real-time routing, scheduling and 12 seats. Enterprise is custom with unlimited seats (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateMatches each identified visitor against CRM records such as open opportunity, closed-lost, customer and owner

Breakout sells inbound, outbound and one-to-one AI SDR agents, and visitor identification sits underneath all three. Its Inbound Agent identifies visitors at person and account level, matches them against the customer's CRM for open opportunities, closed-lost deals, customers and owners, then opens a conversation, answers product questions, qualifies against the ideal customer profile and books meetings.

The Signals plan sells identification on its own: visitor and company deanonymization, waterfall enrichment and buying-group identification. Growth adds the Inbound AI SDR with rep hand-off and real-time routing. The Outbound Agent watches first-party signals such as pricing-page and return visits plus more than 700 third-party signals including hiring, funding, technology changes and champion job moves.

Breakout lists SOC 2 Type II, tested over a 12-month window by an independent CPA firm, and GDPR with EU-region processing. Spoc, a conversational interface, configures the agents across a team's stack.

Potential strengths

  • Free trial without a credit card on Signals
  • Lists SOC 2 Type II and GDPR

Trade-offs

  • The AI SDR, which is the main product, starts at the $2,000 Growth plan
  • Seat counts are capped below Enterprise

6sense

enterprise6sense.com ↗
Consider forEnterprise B2B marketing and sales teams that want anonymous website activity matched to accounts and contacts inside a wider account-based marketing platform
Pricing notesNot published. The 6sense pricing URL returned a not-found page and no public price list was found; buyers request pricing from sales (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateCombines several identification approaches with account and lead-to-account matching across digital properties

6sense describes web deanonymization as part of its platform: it identifies accounts and contacts anonymously browsing a customer's website to help reach, engage and convert them. Its documentation says it combines multiple identification approaches, matching anonymous and known buyer activity to specific organizations to show buying-team engagement across digital properties, and pairs this with lead-to-account matching.

The identification layer feeds the rest of 6sense: AI-driven identification of high-intent accounts, targeting and campaign personalization, and sales intelligence for reps. 6sense was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave for B2B revenue marketing platforms, Q1 2026, according to its site.

For buyers comparing visitor identification alone, 6sense sits at the platform end of the market. Its identification is not sold as a separate self-serve product on the pages checked, and pricing is available only from sales.

Potential strengths

  • Identification connects to intent, targeting and advertising in the same platform
  • Lead-to-account matching ties known form fills to the same organizations

Trade-offs

  • No published prices
  • A broad ABM platform is more than a team needing only visitor identification requires

Customers.ai

specialistcustomers.ai ↗
Consider forEcommerce brands on Shopify and Klaviyo that want more site sessions matched to customer profiles so email flows and ad audiences reach returning shoppers
Pricing notesPriced through a calculator on total Klaviyo profiles, including suppressed and unsubscribed ones, with 3, 6 or 12-month contracts, 1, 6 or 12-month billing and Gold, Platinum or Titanium X-Ray tiers. The page shows no fixed figure without the calculator; a 7-day free trial is offered and agency pricing is separate (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateBuilt for consumer retail: identity resolution writes into Klaviyo rather than a B2B CRM

Customers.ai sells X-Ray, an identity resolution pixel for ecommerce. It connects more visitor sessions back to real customer profiles in Klaviyo, so returning shoppers whose cookies have expired can re-enter flows and segments. Visitor data, including pages viewed, return visits, time on page and referral source, can also feed remarketing audiences.

Pricing scales with total Klaviyo profiles because, Customers.ai explains, recognition matches visitors against the whole Klaviyo database including suppressed and unsubscribed contacts. Gold, Platinum and Titanium tiers set signal fidelity; Customers.ai states Platinum performs 40 percent better than Gold on average. Alfred, an AI audience agent, syncs audiences weekly, daily or hourly.

The company cites a blind test by a third-party customer data platform in which its data was 65 to 85 percent accurate; this is a vendor-reported figure. It states more than 500 Shopify brands use X-Ray and also sells a visitor ID API, Meta conversions API tooling and email deliverability products.

Potential strengths

  • 7-day free trial without a card
  • Offers a data-accuracy test against a site's own form fills

Trade-offs

  • Pricing depends on Klaviyo profile count, so brands without Klaviyo fit poorly
  • No published figure without running the calculator

fullthrottle.ai

specialistfullthrottle.ai ↗
Consider forConsumer-facing brands, agencies and media companies, for example in automotive, real estate, finance and higher education, that want site visitors resolved to households and reached across CTV, display, audio and mail
Pricing notesNot published. The fullthrottle.ai site offers a demo request and lists no prices (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateIdentifies households rather than companies or individuals, then activates and measures media against them

fullthrottle.ai describes patented, real-time first-party audience generation: it identifies site traffic as verified, addressable household audiences without third-party data assets or cookies. Segments are built from behavior, geography and on-site activity, showing which households engage and which regions respond.

Those audiences are activated across connected TV, display, online video, audio and SmartMail through the Immersive Household advertising product, which reaches every device in a household rather than only the original visitor. An AI Media Agent handles planning, bidding and optimization, and the company states a media match rate of 85 percent. SafeMatch attribution connects uploaded transaction data to identified and influenced households.

fullthrottle.ai states its technology is trusted by more than 6,000 companies. It runs solutions for agencies, brands, media companies and publishers and an Automotive DSP, and was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal's 2026 Fast 50.

Potential strengths

  • Identification, ad activation and transaction-level attribution in one platform
  • Industry solutions for automotive, finance, legal, real estate, senior living and travel

Trade-offs

  • No published prices
  • Household audiences suit consumer marketing, not B2B sales prospecting

How to choose a vendor

Decide between company-level and person-level identification

Company-level tools report which organization visited and which pages it read, then offer contacts at that organization from a database. Person-level tools claim to name the individual visitor. RB2B states contact-level coverage for US visitors only, while company-level coverage is global. Buyers selling into Europe should ask each vendor what it identifies outside the US and on what legal basis.

Check what the plan counts

Most products meter on volume rather than seats. Dealfront, Snitcher and Leadinfo count unique identified companies a month, RB2B counts resolutions, Warmly counts credits and Customers.ai prices on total Klaviyo profiles. Dealfront, Snitcher and Lead Forensics include unlimited users. Buyers should estimate monthly identified volume from current traffic before comparing price tiers.

Look past identification to the workflow

Identification alone produces a list. The differences sit in what happens next: Slack and CRM alerts on RB2B and Snitcher, email and LinkedIn sequences on Albacross, AI chat and inbound agents on Warmly and Breakout, ad audiences on 6sense, Customers.ai and fullthrottle.ai. A team without SDR capacity to act on alerts may get more value from a tool that automates the follow-up.

Ask for a match-rate test on real traffic

Coverage figures are vendor claims and vary by traffic mix. RB2B states 15 to 20 percent coverage on Pro and 35 to 45 percent on Pro+, and Customers.ai cites a third-party accuracy test of its own data. Every product here offers a free plan, trial or demo, so buyers can install two tools on the same site for the trial period and compare identified records against known form fills.

Frequently asked questions

What are website visitor identification tools?

Website visitor identification tools reveal who is behind anonymous website traffic. A script or pixel on the site records each visit, and the tool matches signals such as IP address or device identifiers against its own data to name the visiting company, person or household. Results go to dashboards, Slack alerts, CRMs or ad platforms so sales and marketing teams can follow up.

How do company-level and person-level identification differ?

Company-level tools such as Dealfront, Snitcher, Albacross, Leadinfo and Lead Forensics match a visit to an organization, mostly through business IP data, and then offer contacts at that organization from a database. Person-level tools such as RB2B, Warmly and Breakout claim to name the individual visitor. RB2B limits contact-level identification to US visitors.

How much do website visitor identification tools cost?

Published prices in October 2026 started at $0 for the free plans of RB2B and Dealfront Lite. Paid entry points were $49 a month for Snitcher, €59 a month billed yearly for Albacross, €69 for Leadinfo, €79 billed annually for Dealfront Discover, $79 for RB2B Starter and $500 a month for Breakout Signals. Warmly starts at $10,000 a year. Lead Forensics, 6sense and fullthrottle.ai quote by request.

Are website visitor identification tools legal under GDPR?

Vendors take different positions. Snitcher states it relies on legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and focuses on company-level data. Leadinfo states GDPR compliance and ISO 27001 certification, and Breakout lists GDPR with EU-region processing. RB2B restricts person-level identification to US visitors. Buyers processing EU visitor data should involve their own privacy counsel and update their cookie notice and privacy policy.

How accurate is website visitor identification?

Accuracy and coverage vary with traffic mix, and published figures are vendor claims. RB2B states 15 to 20 percent coverage on Pro and 35 to 45 percent on Pro+. Customers.ai cites a third-party test showing 65 to 85 percent accuracy for its data. Remote work reduces IP-based company matches, so buyers should test tools against known form fills on their own site.

Which tools pass identified visitors to an AI agent or chat?

Warmly routes identified visitors to an AI chatbot, warm calling and, on its top plan, an autopilot agent that qualifies visitors and writes follow-up. Breakout's Growth plan adds an inbound AI SDR that engages identified visitors and books meetings. Albacross runs automated email and LinkedIn sequences instead of chat.

Which tools suit ecommerce and consumer brands?

Most tools here target B2B sales. Customers.ai matches shoppers to existing Klaviyo profiles so email flows and ad audiences reach returning visitors, and prices on Klaviyo profile count. fullthrottle.ai resolves site traffic to households and activates them across connected TV, display, audio and mail for consumer brands, agencies and media companies.
