Best Email Finder Tools (2026): Top 8 Compared
Email finder tools locate and verify business email addresses so sales and recruiting teams can contact prospects without guessing. The eight tools here differ in workflow and pricing unit. Hunter and Snov.io combine finding with verification and outreach sequences. Skrapp.io, GetProspect and Kaspr build lists from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, with Kaspr also supplying phone numbers. Findymail and Anymail Finder emphasise verified emails for outbound teams and for bulk or API buyers, and Tomba offers one credit pool across finder, search and phone lookup. All eight publish price figures for at least one plan.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.
Email finder tools return a person’s professional email address from a name and company domain, a company name or a LinkedIn profile, and most verify the address before returning it. Around that core, products add domain search, bulk CSV processing, browser extensions, APIs, phone numbers, CRM enrichment and, in some cases, cold email sending.
The eight products below split three ways. Hunter and Snov.io pair email finding with outreach sequences and deliverability tools. Findymail, Anymail Finder and Tomba concentrate on finding and verifying addresses in bulk or through an API, and differ mainly in how they charge for catch-all and unsuccessful searches. Skrapp.io, GetProspect and Kaspr centre on building lead lists from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator through browser extensions, with Kaspr adding phone data. Credit units differ between vendors, so published prices are not directly comparable; the FAQ explains the main differences. Pricing was checked in September 2026 on each vendor’s own pages. Entries with dated source checks appear first, recording research readiness rather than product quality.

Vendor details and trade-offs
Hunter describes itself as an all-in-one email outreach platform. Its prospecting side has four parts: Discover, a B2B database filtered by ideal customer profile; Domain Search, which lists people and addresses for a company name or website; Email Finder, which returns a verified address from a name and a domain; and Email Verifier, which checks an address before sending. The homepage states that the product combines proprietary technology and artificial intelligence to find, verify and enrich contact details, and that Domain Search, Email Finder and Email Verifier can be tried without an account.
All three lookup tools draw on one credit balance. The pricing page notes that each repeated search or verification is counted once per calendar month. Paid plans add auto-verification, lead enrichment, advanced Discover filters, an AI writing assistant and priority support, and differ mainly in credits, saved leads and connected email accounts: three on Starter, ten on Growth and twenty on Scale. An AI assistant in Discover and a signals allowance are metered by tier.
The outreach side, Hunter Sequences, sends personalised campaigns with scheduled follow-ups from the user's own Gmail, Google Workspace or Outlook account. Data moves to other systems through native CRM integrations, Zapier, Google Sheets and APIs, and a separate Data Platform offering sells API-only access to Hunter data. Enterprise adds a custom credit volume and an account manager.
Potential strengths
- Credit allowances are published per tier: 2,000 a month on Starter, 10,000 on Growth and 25,000 on Scale
- Domain Search, Email Finder and Email Verifier can be tried on the homepage without an account
Trade-offs
- Inbox protection, managed email accounts, extra email account slots and credit packs are sold as add-ons
- The Free plan is limited to basic Discover filters and one connected email account

Snov.io sells a sales suite in which email finding is one component alongside verification, deliverability, outreach and a CRM. The Email Finder page lists four search methods: by domain, returning the addresses found for a company; by name and company domain, one at a time or through a CSV upload; by company name, filtered for decision-makers when the domain is unknown; and from LinkedIn, by applying filters, pasting a LinkedIn search URL or importing a file of profiles. Bulk Domain Search processes up to 20,000 domains at a time, and an Email Finder API exposes the same search through a REST call. The vendor states a database of more than 500 million B2B email addresses.
The pricing page explains that credits can be spent on prospect search, email search and email verification, with each verification and each saved prospect costing one credit. Recipients are counted separately: one recipient is charged when a lead is first contacted, and follow-ups in the same billing period are free. Starter includes 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, and Pro S raises these to 5,000 credits and 25,000 recipients with unlimited warm-ups.
Verification is described as seven-tier with greylisting bypass and bulk checks of up to 100,000 addresses per file. Other included features are email warm-up, a deliverability and placement check, a Unibox for replies, A/B testing, HubSpot and Pipedrive two-way integrations, Zapier and Make, and API and webhooks. A free trial is available.
Potential strengths
- Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats, unlimited senders, email warm-up and a sales CRM
- Finding covers name and domain, company name, bulk CSV, LinkedIn searches and a Chrome extension
Trade-offs
- LinkedIn automation is not included in the plan price and is billed per account slot
- The bundle includes outreach and deliverability tools that a buyer who only needs email lookups will pay for without using

Findymail sells verified B2B contact data in two forms: a prospecting product for finding emails and phone numbers, and Datacare, which keeps an existing CRM enriched and cleaned. The homepage argues that many teams find contacts with one provider and verify them with another, and that Findymail combines the two steps so that every returned address has already been checked.
On the prospecting side, one email costs one credit and one phone number costs ten. Credits are charged only when a verified result is returned. Addresses can be found by single lookup, bulk CSV upload, a Chrome extension used on social profiles, a Google Sheets integration or the API. Reverse email lookup returns a person's name, title and company from an address. An AI lead finder called Intellimatch takes a plain-English description of an ideal customer and returns matching companies. The pricing page lists more than ten native integrations, including Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, lemlist and Pipedrive, and team accounts share credits without per-seat charges.
Two policies set it apart on paper. The pricing page commits to refunding credits if the bounce rate on its emails exceeds 5%, and it states that proprietary catch-all verification confirms addresses that other tools label risky. Datacare fills empty CRM fields, updates outdated emails, tracks job changes and merges duplicates. It is priced on the number of contacts and companies in the CRM rather than on credits, and defaults to never overwriting existing data.
Potential strengths
- Charges only for verified results and does not charge again for emails found in the previous 30 days
- Unused credits roll over up to twice the monthly allowance, and API access is included on all plans
Trade-offs
- Phone numbers cost 10 credits each and are offered for non-EU contacts only
- Continuous CRM enrichment is a separate Datacare product with a $500 monthly starting price on annual billing

- Billing terms: Per account per month by credit volume; monthly or yearly billing

Anymail Finder is a specialist B2B email finder built around live verification. The homepage states that every address is checked in real time against the recipient's mail server at the moment of search, rather than matched from a stored database, and that customers pay only for addresses it classes as safe to send. It claims particular coverage of catch-all domains, naming Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and security gateways such as Mimecast, Proofpoint and Barracuda.
The pricing page publishes what each search costs. Finding a person's email by name and domain, company name or LinkedIn URL costs one credit, charged only when a verified address is found. Finding company emails by domain returns up to 20 addresses for one credit. Finding a decision-maker by role and company costs two credits, because the product first identifies the right person through scraping and AI. Verifying an address from another source costs 0.2 credits per check. The FAQ backs results with a 97% delivery guarantee, meaning at least 97% of verified emails returned should not bounce.
Plans are credit volumes rather than feature tiers, and the effective cost per credit falls from $0.073 on the smallest monthly plan to $0.005 on the largest yearly plan. The vendor lists 99.95% uptime, no rate limits and founder-led support, and offers 100 free credits after card verification. It also publishes a 14-tool benchmark of 5,000 B2B contacts; this is vendor-run research, not an independent test. Custom plans target agencies and companies embedding email finding in their own products.
Potential strengths
- Unused credits roll over with no cap while a subscription is active
- Repeating the same search or verification within 30 days is free across the app, bulk, API and extension
Trade-offs
- Decision-maker searches by role cost two credits because of an added discovery step
- Verifying addresses from other sources costs 0.2 credits per check whatever the result

- Billing terms: Per account by credit volume; monthly or yearly billing with yearly credits delivered upfront

Skrapp.io describes itself as a B2B lead generation and email finder platform for sales teams, recruiters and marketers. It works in three places: on LinkedIn through browser extensions, on company websites, and in a built-in lead search database that the vendor sizes at more than 200 million B2B leads. The homepage FAQ explains the method as web crawling, pattern recognition and real-time verification. The product analyses publicly available data, identifies a company's usual email format, generates candidate addresses and verifies each one. The vendor states a 92% average search success rate and 97% verification accuracy.
A credit finds one professional address, marked either valid or catch-all, or verifies one address. Credits are used only when the finder returns an address with a status, team members share one pool, and unused credits roll over. Beyond emails, the platform returns company firmographics such as industry, size, location and revenue, and person data such as title, seniority and department.
The plans differ in credits, users and search capacity. Free allows ten people searches and five company searches a day. Professional includes two users, multi-page enrichment on LinkedIn, auto-connection with LinkedIn profiles, a list saver for Sales Navigator, list exports, CRM sync and AI enrichment. Enterprise raises daily capacity to 150 people and 150 company searches and 30 AI searches, and adds API integration, SSO, accelerated support and a dedicated account manager.
Potential strengths
- Credits are consumed only when the finder returns an address with a verification status, and unused credits roll over
- The FAQ states that credits are kept after a subscription is cancelled
Trade-offs
- Paid plans cap lead database use by day, for example 20 people searches and 10 company searches a day on Professional
- API integration, SSO and a dedicated account manager are reserved for Enterprise

- Billing terms: Per account per month by credit volume; monthly or annual billing

Tomba is a B2B email finder and contact platform. Its homepage groups the product into email finder, email verifier, domain search, author finder, phone finder and phone validator, available in the web app, through browser extensions for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera, and through an API. The vendor states more than 450 million verified contacts and describes its email finder as using AI-assisted pattern recognition on a name and company website. A free account includes 75 searches per month without a credit card.
Pricing uses one shared credit pool, and the pricing page lists what each endpoint costs. The email finder charges one credit per valid email found. Domain searches return emails with their source URLs. One credit reveals up to 50 companies from lead lists. Phone lookups cost five credits, while phone validation, LinkedIn email finding, author email finding, similar-domain lookups, technology checks and email enrichment cost one credit each. Company enrichment is included free with domain search. Bulk endpoints cost the same per row as single requests.
The volume selector runs from 5,000 to 2 million credits a month. At the default 10,000 credits, half is finder and search and half is free verification, and the Growth estimate is $89 a month. The page states that searches without a valid result are free and that duplicate searches in the same month are not charged. Payment is accepted by card, PayPal or Bitcoin, and larger discounts are discussed by email.
Potential strengths
- Searches that do not find a valid email are free, and duplicate searches in the same month cost nothing
- Phone finder, browser extensions and API access are included in the credit plans
Trade-offs
- Pricing is shown as an estimate from a volume selector, so the cost at other volumes must be read from the calculator
- Phone lookups cost five credits each, which reduces the number of lookups a plan covers

- Billing terms: Per account by credit volume; monthly, yearly or one-time purchase

GetProspect combines a LinkedIn email finder extension, a B2B contact database, bulk enrichment and a cold email tool. The homepage sizes the database at 200 million B2B contacts with emails, 230 million corporate emails, 26 million companies and 130 million mobile numbers, searchable with more than 17 filters including job title, industry, location and technologies. The vendor states that it guarantees 95% data accuracy or returns the credits.
The extension works on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, where it can export up to 2,500 leads at once from searches, groups or saved lists while observing LinkedIn limits. It also runs on any website to find associated emails, and it cleans exported names and company names of emojis and suffixes. Bulk enrichment finds corporate addresses and appends more than 40 attributes, starting from a contact name and company, a LinkedIn URL, an email address or a company name or domain.
Plans are sized by valid emails found per month. The pricing page states that each result is a business email checked for deliverability before a credit is deducted, that proprietary verification covers catch-all domains, and that duplicate requests are free. Leftover credits carry forward up to one monthly allowance. All plans list CSV and XLSX export, native CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, a REST API and custom properties. Standalone verification packs start at $29 for 25,000 checks and do not expire. The cold email module schedules sequences with A/B testing.
Potential strengths
- Only verified valid emails are charged, and requests for contacts already found are free
- Every plan lists reverse email lookup, CSV enrichment, Google Sheets, CRM integrations, API access and team accounts
Trade-offs
- Phone numbers are limited to five on Starter and Growth, with more sold as add-on credits
- Rollover is capped at one month's allowance
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Per account per month; monthly or annual billing; verification credits also sold without a subscription

Kaspr is a contact data tool used mainly through a Chrome extension on LinkedIn. The homepage leads with European contact data and states access to more than 500 million verified phone numbers and email addresses drawn from over 150 sources, covering more than 200 million profiles. It describes itself as GDPR aligned. Target users named on the site are sales teams, recruiters and founders.
The extension reveals phone numbers and emails from LinkedIn profiles, groups and events. Leads are saved to a dashboard with notes, activity tracking and lists, and enrichment automations and CSV enrichment from LinkedIn URLs process contacts in bulk. Integrations export leads to CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
The pricing page separates three kinds of credit. B2B email credits are listed as unlimited on paid plans. Phone credits are 100 a month on Starter and 200 on Business. Direct email credits are 5 a month on Starter and 200 on Business. Starter adds Kaspr on Sales Navigator, shared credits, up to 12,000 exports a year, limited API access on request and team usage reports. Business adds Kaspr on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, up to 30,000 exports a year, API access on request, custom member permissions and exportable usage reports. Organization is annual only with at least five users, and the comparison table lists 24,000 phone credits and 120,000 export credits for it. Add-on credit packs are priced per credit, with rates falling as volume rises.
Potential strengths
- Credits are shared across all users in an account, and credits roll over on paid plans
- Business adds Kaspr on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, custom member permissions and API access on request
Trade-offs
- Starter includes only five direct email credits a month, or 60 a year
- API access is available only on request, and is limited on Starter

- Billing terms: Per user per month; monthly or annual billing; Organization annual only

Frequently asked questions
What is an email finder tool?
An email finder returns a person's professional email address from inputs such as a name and company domain, a company name or a LinkedIn profile. Most tools on this page combine known email patterns, crawled public data and a contact database, then verify the address against the mail server before returning it. Many add bulk CSV processing, a browser extension, an API, domain search and a separate verifier for addresses from other sources.
How much do email finder tools cost?
Entry prices checked in September 2026 start around $29 to $49 a month. Anymail Finder lists $29 for 400 credits, Skrapp.io $29 a month billed annually for 2,000 credits, Snov.io $39 for 1,000 credits and GetProspect $49 for 1,000 valid emails. Hunter's Starter is €49 monthly. Findymail starts at $99 for 5,000 finder credits. Most vendors also offer a free allowance of 15 to 75 lookups.
Do email finders charge when no email is found?
Most tools here state that they do not. Anymail Finder charges only when a verified email is returned, Findymail charges only for verified results, Tomba makes searches without a valid email free, and GetProspect deducts credits only for verified valid emails. Skrapp.io charges when the finder returns an address with a verification status, which includes catch-all results. Buyers should read how each vendor treats catch-all and unverified results.
What is a catch-all email address and why does it matter?
A catch-all domain accepts mail for any address, so a standard verification check cannot confirm whether a particular mailbox exists. Many verifiers label such addresses risky or unknown. Findymail, Anymail Finder and GetProspect state that proprietary verification confirms catch-all addresses, while Skrapp.io returns them with a catch-all status. How a tool classifies these addresses affects both its reported coverage and the bounce rate a sender sees.
How do credits differ between vendors?
Credit units are not comparable across products. Hunter and Snov.io spend one credit on a search or a verification. Findymail charges one credit per email and ten per phone number, Tomba five per phone lookup and Anymail Finder two for a decision-maker search. Kaspr lists unlimited B2B email credits but meters phone and direct email credits. Rollover, duplicate-search rules and whether verification is included all change the effective cost per usable address.
Can email finders be used from LinkedIn?
Several tools work from LinkedIn through browser extensions. Skrapp.io supports LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter; GetProspect exports up to 2,500 leads from Sales Navigator; Kaspr reveals contact data on LinkedIn profiles, groups and events; and Snov.io imports LinkedIn searches and profile files. LinkedIn's User Agreement restricts scraping and automated collection of member data, so buyers should review those terms and their own compliance position before extracting data at scale.
Are email finders compliant with GDPR?
Vendor statements differ and none replaces a buyer's own assessment. Kaspr describes itself as GDPR aligned and Tomba as GDPR and CCPA aligned. Findymail states that its phone numbers are offered for non-EU contacts only. Under GDPR, the business that contacts a prospect generally needs its own lawful basis for processing that person's data, so a vendor's compliance claims do not settle whether a particular outreach campaign is permitted.
Which tools include cold email sending as well as finding?
Hunter includes Sequences, which sends from a connected Gmail, Google Workspace or Outlook account. Snov.io bundles multichannel campaigns, email warm-up, a Unibox and a sales CRM. GetProspect sells a sequence product alongside their finders. Findymail, Anymail Finder, Skrapp.io, Tomba and Kaspr focus on finding and enriching data and pass contacts to separate sending tools or CRMs through integrations and APIs.
