Sales enablement software helps a sales team find the right material, learn the product and handle each deal consistently. Marketing and enablement staff load approved decks, case studies and battle cards into a governed library; sellers search it, personalize assets and share them with buyers while the system tracks views. Most platforms add onboarding courses, coaching and AI role play, and many now include digital sales rooms where buyer and seller share one page per deal.
The comparison below covers eleven products. Features and pricing come from each vendor’s product and pricing pages, checked in October 2026. Only Paperflite, Showell and Dock publish full prices, each on a different billing unit; the other eight quote, and their profiles record what each page states about plans and contract terms. The market also changed in 2026: Highspot is now part of Seismic, and Bigtincan and Showpad describe a combined future.
Related pages cover sales gamification platforms and AI sales assistant software.

Frequently asked questions
What is sales enablement software?
Sales enablement software gives customer-facing teams the content, training and guidance they need to sell. Most products combine a governed content library with search and share tracking, onboarding and training, coaching or AI role play, and digital sales rooms for buyers. Analytics show which content and training relate to won deals.
How much does sales enablement software cost?
Three of the eleven products publish full prices as of October 2026. Paperflite costs $27.50 to $60 per user per month. Showell starts at €700 per month for a workspace of 10 to 200 users. Dock is free, then $350 per month for 5 seats or $1,000 per month for 10 seats. Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, Bigtincan, Mindtickle, Allego, SalesHood and Spekit quote.
Did Seismic buy Highspot?
Highspot's website states that the Seismic and Highspot merger, announced on 18 August 2026, is complete and that the two now operate as one company under the Seismic name. It also states that both platforms continue to serve customers and that Highspot users see no immediate change to login, workflows or support.
What is the relationship between Showpad and Bigtincan?
Bigtincan's homepage states that Bigtincan and Showpad are laying the foundation for a single revenue effectiveness solution and that together they serve more than 2,000 sales organizations. Both companies still publish separate websites and pricing pages with their own plan names.
What is the difference between sales enablement and a digital sales room?
A digital sales room is one buyer-facing part of sales enablement: a shared page where a seller posts content, plans and pricing for a specific deal. Full enablement platforms add an internal content library, training, coaching and analytics. Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, Allego, SalesHood, Showell and Paperflite all list sales rooms as one module, while Dock centres its product on them.
Which tools focus on training and AI role play?
Mindtickle, Allego, SalesHood and Highspot's Better package lead with training, practice and coaching. Showpad adds Roleplay AI from its Advanced plan, Bigtincan includes RolePlayAI in Essential, and Paperflite lists AI buyer simulations. Spekit focuses on in-workflow guidance rather than formal courses.
Which tools work for field sales teams that are often offline?
Showell states that its branded sales app keeps materials available on any device, even offline, and targets field sales teams and dealer networks. Showpad and Bigtincan describe themselves as built for field teams in manufacturing, medical devices and similar sectors. Buyers should confirm offline behaviour on the devices their reps use.
How was this comparison compiled?
