Real estate marketing software helps agents, teams and brokerages win attention before a transaction and keep it afterwards. The core products build branded websites with IDX listing search and lead capture, run paid and social advertising, produce listing marketing for email, social and print, and keep past clients engaged with automated home value reports and personalised emails. This page covers marketing platforms; real estate CRMs, which manage contacts, follow-up and pipeline, are compared on a separate StatWharf page.

The market divides into four groups. Luxury Presence, Placester, AgentFire and Real Estate Webmasters build agent and brokerage websites, at prices from a self-serve monthly plan to a custom design project. iHomefinder and Showcase IDX supply the IDX search and lead capture layer. Ylopo runs ads and remarketing with AI follow-up. Rechat, Fello and Homebot focus on listing marketing, database marketing and past-client engagement.

The comparison covers ten products. Details come from each vendor’s public product, plans and pricing pages, checked on 13 October 2026.

Vendor details and trade-offs

Luxury Presence

mid-marketluxurypresence.com ↗
Consider forSolo agents, teams and brokerages that want a custom-designed IDX website combined with managed SEO, paid ads, blog content and social media, as the Luxury Presence plans page describes
Pricing notesLuxury Presence publishes no monthly prices. The plans page lists Launch, Brand, Scale and All In for up to 20 agents and Presence Premier for larger teams and brokerages. Every plan is a 12-month agreement with a one-time setup fee that depends on the plan and on whether the brokerage has a Luxury Presence partnership; monthly billing begins when the website goes live. Advertising spend is paid separately to Google or Meta (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluatePlans that bundle a designed website with managed ad budgets of up to $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000 a month depending on tier, plus content and social media management

Luxury Presence describes itself as a growth platform for top-performing agents and teams.

Every site starts with a one-to-one design consultation, and agents edit pages later with a drag-and-drop builder. IDX search runs on a direct MLS connection, and the company states that 98% of MLS listings sync in under 15 minutes. Lead capture covers home valuation requests, saved searches and one-tap registration, with inquiries flowing into the built-in AI CRM.

The plans step up from foundation to full service. Launch covers the website, IDX search, CRM, alerts and CMA presentations for 1,000 contacts and one user. Brand adds hyperlocal blog content, listing and lead generation ads and managed ad spend. Scale adds SMS lead nurture, retargeting on Google and Meta and social media management. All In adds a branded mobile app and a premium SEO and AI search programme for up to 20 users.

Potential strengths

  • Website, CRM, content, ads and social media can be handled by one vendor
  • Plan tiers state contact limits, user counts and managed ad budget ceilings

Trade-offs

  • No published monthly price, so cost is known only after a consultation
  • A 12-month agreement and an upfront setup fee raise the cost of switching

  • Product reference
  • Product documentation
  • Billing terms: 12-month agreement, billed monthly from site launch, plus a one-time setup fee

Placester

smbplacester.com ↗

Pricing notesAgent Essential costs $59 a month or $566 billed annually, Agent Plus $79 or $758, and Agent Premier $129 or $1,238. Team costs $199 a month or $1,910 annually, Broker Standard $399 or $3,830, and Broker Plus $599 or $5,750. MLS integration is an additional $25 a month per MLS contract; team and broker agents inherit IDX at no extra cost. MLS access fees charged by the MLS are separate. Plans carry a 14-day free trial and no contracts (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateAn AI website builder and editor on every plan, with email volumes and page counts stated per tier

Placester is a website and marketing platform for real estate agents, teams and brokerages. Its pricing page states that every plan includes built-in AI capabilities: an AI website builder and editor, an AI content assistant, an SEO foundation aimed at Google and AI search, and an automatically generated llms.txt file.

The agent plans differ mainly in scale and modules. Agent Essential allows 25 pages and posts, 100 emails a month and a simple CRM. Agent Plus allows 75 pages, 500 emails, custom landing pages, home valuation pages and a CRM with lead activity and saved searches. Agent Premier allows 125 pages and 2,500 emails and adds live chat with a mobile app, advanced lead capture triggers, custom code and Zapier.

Team and broker plans add Agent Manager, which creates agent websites from brand-compliant templates and handles agent onboarding. Placester states that it bills brokers for agents with launched websites rather than for every agent on the roster. Native CRM integrations are listed for Follow Up Boss, Cloze and Rechat.

Potential strengths

  • Complete published price list for agents, teams and brokerages
  • Broker plans charge for agents with launched websites rather than every seat

Trade-offs

  • The entry plan is limited to 25 pages and 100 emails a month

AgentFire

smbagentfire.com ↗
Consider forAgents and teams that want a branded website with built-in IDX, area guides and lead tools, and are prepared to pay a design fee up front, as AgentFire's pricing page describes
Pricing notesAgentFire charges a one-time design package of $800, $2,750 or $6,500, then a monthly plan of $165 or $215. The $215 plan, AgentFire Plus, adds three assisted support hours, monthly blog articles and AI drip campaigns. IDX is included. Add-ons include Team Link from $5 per agent per month, Home Values Enrich at $29 a month, Neighborhood Quiz at $20 a month, ClickMaps from $400, Local SEO setup at $250 and branding from $2,500 (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateBuilt-in IDX on every site, plus priced add-ons such as interactive ClickMaps and home value lead enrichment

AgentFire builds brand-focused websites for real estate agents and teams. Buyers first choose a design package. The $800 package uses one of four themes with white-glove setup and the agent's branding. The $2,750 package adds a custom homepage, ten pre-configured interior pages, three custom pages and a dedicated senior designer. The $6,500 package, aimed at top producers, includes ten custom interior pages, executive-led creative direction and three strategy sessions.

The monthly plan then covers hosting, support and the marketing tools. AgentFire states that every plan includes more than ten tools and full access to its support team, and that IDX is built in. The higher plan adds monthly blog articles, AI drip content and assisted support hours.

Optional modules extend the site. Team Link gives each agent on a team a personalised landing page with lead attribution. ClickMaps creates clickable area guide maps, Home Values Enrich completes partial leads from the valuation tool, and the Neighborhood Quiz matches visitors to neighbourhoods. AgentFire Ads is a managed advertising service run by a real-estate-only ads team.

Potential strengths

  • Design, monthly and add-on prices are all published
  • Integrates with CRMs including Follow Up Boss and Lofty, and supports outside IDX providers

Trade-offs

  • Design fees add $800 to $6,500 before the first monthly payment
  • Many lead tools are separate paid add-ons

Real Estate Webmasters

mid-marketrealestatewebmasters.com ↗
Consider forReal estate teams and brokerages that want a custom website, SEO and PPC lead generation and a built-in CRM with dialer from one provider, as Real Estate Webmasters' homepage and pricing page describe
Pricing notesReal Estate Webmasters lists Single User at $350 USD with one login, CRM and one IDX feed, and additional users at $50 per user per month; its package page states the single-user plan as $350 USD a month. Small Team is $499 for five users with dialer and texting, including 2,000 texts and 2,000 dialer minutes a month; extra users cost $25 a month. Large Team is from $799 for ten users, with extra users at $20 a month (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateA design and development firm that pairs custom real estate websites with SEO and PPC services

Real Estate Webmasters, known as REW, is a real estate website, CRM and lead generation company based in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Its homepage describes a focus on generating leads through SEO and PPC for custom real estate websites built on its Renaissance platform, with the REW CRM handling follow-up.

The company presents itself as a design studio as well as a software vendor. It offers custom print and digital design, web design and full branding packages, and states 22 years in real estate, more than 60,000 custom projects and 90% client retention; these are vendor figures.

The current packages include a single-user tier for agents and for teams connecting a third-party CRM. Team packages add dialer and texting for every user with a monthly allowance, and per-user prices fall as teams grow. A custom website project is quoted separately; the demo request form offers budget bands from $12,000 to over $96,000.

Potential strengths

  • Published package prices for single agents and teams
  • Dialer and texting included on team packages

Trade-offs

  • Custom website projects are scoped separately and can run to five or six figures
  • The CRM is bundled, which matters less to teams already committed to another CRM

Pricing notesiHomefinder lists three plans, Lead Essentials, Lead Maximizer and Growth Pro, and states that the price depends on website setup, lead volume, team size and marketing tools, set on a 10-minute call; annual plans save 10%. The comparison table publishes add-ons: a hosted website on Lead Essentials at $50 a month plus $500 setup, website setup at $500 one-time, seller leads at $50 a month, and additional agents from $5 to $30 a month depending on plan and count (checked Oct 2026)

Lead Essentials covers the IDX platform, property search and save, lead capture and tracking, lead engagement ratings, marketing automation and an essential CRM, for one agent, one MLS feed and up to 1,000 leads. Lead Maximizer, which iHomefinder marks as its most popular plan, adds a premium custom website, AI-powered property search, automated blogging, search engine and AI search optimisation, enhanced community pages, automated social posting and team features, for up to seven agents and 5,000 leads. Growth Pro removes the lead and MLS limits, includes ten agents and adds priority support and concierge onboarding.

Showcase IDX

specialistshowcaseidx.com ↗
Consider forAgents, teams and brokers who run a WordPress website and want IDX search and lead capture inside their own domain, as the Showcase IDX pricing page describes
Pricing notesEssentials starts at $94.95 a month with two seats, and Premium at $124.95 a month with five seats. Annual plans cost $849.50 for Essentials and $1,195 for Premium. Additional users cost $2 to $4 a month each depending on volume. Some MLSs charge a pass-through fee that Showcase IDX states typically ranges from $0 to $33 a month. A 10-day free trial includes Premium features and needs no credit card (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateIndexable listing pages and XML sitemaps generated on the agent's own WordPress domain

Showcase IDX is an IDX plugin for WordPress websites. It does not build the website itself; it adds property search, listing pages and lead capture to a site the agent or a developer already runs, and it states that it uses neither subdomains nor iframes.

Essentials includes live data feeds from more than 600 MLSs, lead capture tools, an integrated CRM, SEO-friendly URLs and indexable listings, a mortgage calculator, polygon map search with eight styles and a side-by-side map and listing layout, with phone, email and chat support. Premium adds contextual property data such as demographics and commute times, forced registration for locked listings, featured agent and office listings, advanced lead routing, real-time integrations with third-party CRMs, and SEO extras including indexable XML sitemaps and pagination beyond the first 100 listings.

Its pricing page states that brokers and teams can add a site for each team member.

Potential strengths

  • Low published entry price and a free trial with live MLS data
  • Premium plan sends leads in real time to CRMs such as Lone Wolf and Follow Up Boss

Trade-offs

  • Requires a WordPress website; it is a plugin rather than a full site builder
  • MLS pass-through fees are added on top of the plan price

  • Product reference

  • Billing terms: Monthly, or annual at a two-month discount

Ylopo

mid-marketylopo.com ↗
Consider forAgents, teams and brokerages that buy online ads for buyer and seller leads and want AI text and voice follow-up connected to an existing CRM, as Ylopo's homepage and pricing page describe
Pricing notesYlopo publishes no price. Its pricing page states that each plan is priced by market, database size and goals, and offers an ROI calculator and a demo that returns a plan and monthly price. Three plans are named: Solo, Growing Team and Complete. Advertising spend is an input to the calculator (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateA combined system of listing alerts, Facebook and Instagram remarketing, AI texting and AI voice calls

Ylopo is a digital marketing and lead generation platform for real estate. Its homepage describes a team of AI agents that find, engage and qualify buyers and sellers, and states that leads remain the customer's and are never resold.

The system has four parts that Ylopo dates on its homepage. Email listing alerts and Facebook and Instagram remarketing, offered since 2015, keep listings in front of leads and send them back to the agent's IDX website. AI texting, since 2018, starts conversations with leads in the database. AI voice, since August 2025, calls and qualifies leads and transfers ready prospects to the agent by phone.

Ylopo positions itself as a layer around a CRM rather than a CRM. The Solo plan includes a branded home search website, buyer and seller lead generation, AI text nurture, remarketing and the Mission Control dashboard. Growing Team adds AI voice with live transfers, seller intelligence and team routing. Complete adds outcome-based Radar leads, Google Local Services Ads management and advanced remarketing.

Potential strengths

  • Ads, IDX website, remarketing and AI follow-up come from one vendor
  • Designed to sit alongside an existing CRM rather than replace it

Trade-offs

  • No public price; cost depends on market and ad budget
  • Results depend on separate advertising spend
Sources and status

Rechat

mid-marketrechat.com ↗
Consider forBrokerages and enterprise real estate companies that want agents producing on-brand listing marketing alongside CRM and deal management, as Rechat's homepage and Studio page describe
Pricing notesRechat publishes no price. The website directs buyers to a demo request and presents separate solutions for brokerages and enterprise firms. Rechat states that Studio, People (CRM), Deals and the Lucy assistant can each be bought on its own and connected later (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateAgent Network, which sends e-blasts about a listing to active agents within a nearby radius

Rechat describes itself as an AI operating system for real estate, combining marketing, CRM, transaction management and an AI assistant. Its homepage states that a brokerage can buy only the CRM, only the marketing Studio, or the full platform with Deals and AI.

Studio is the marketing product. It covers a drag-and-drop email builder that autofills listing information, email campaigns and newsletters, social posts and stories, short property videos with templates and licensed music, printable materials, Facebook and Instagram ads launched from the app, online CMA presentations and listing and agent websites. A Figma integration lets a brokerage design templates in Figma, assign placeholders for agent or listing data and lock layers by role, so agents cannot break brand standards.

Agent Network is an AI-driven feature that finds active agents in a nearby radius and sends them an e-blast about a listing. People is the CRM, with tags, lead routing, tasks, calendar and Flows automation. Deals handles listings, checklists, MLS autofill forms and e-signature.

Potential strengths

  • Brand control through locked Figma layers and role-based templates
  • Marketing, CRM and transaction tools can be bought separately

Trade-offs

  • No public pricing
  • Aimed at brokerages; little is described for an independent solo agent
Sources and status

Fello

mid-marketfello.ai ↗
Consider forReal estate teams and brokerages with a large past-client and sphere database who want automated personalised marketing and lead scoring, as Fello's pricing page describes
Pricing notesGrowth starts at $499 a month billed monthly or $415 a month billed annually, with 3,000 active contacts and three Copilot seats. Scale starts at $799 a month or $665 annually, with 10,000 contacts and ten seats. Enterprise starts at $2,000 a month or $1,667 annually, with 40,000 contacts and 20 seats. Extra contacts cost $50 a month per 1,000 and extra users $50 a month each. Felix, the AI sales agent for calls and texts, is a separate plan quoted by sales, and training and onboarding carry a one-time fee (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateAI lead scoring and contact-to-owner matching across a database enriched with property and consumer data

Fello is a database marketing platform for real estate teams and brokerages. Its premise is that past clients and sphere contacts already hold future transactions, and it keeps a living database that enriches each contact with real estate, consumer and property data, multiple AVM providers and address enrichment.

On that data Fello runs AI-powered lead scoring, contact-to-owner matching and contact summaries, and it describes turning contacts and signals into opportunities. Marketing tools on the Scale plan include 100 landing pages, ten personalised landing pages per user, 100 lead capture widgets and forms, 25 smart workflows, generative AI writing, emails, postcards and QR code marketing, with monthly email sends set at 20 times the contact count.

Felix is Fello's AI teammate, described as an inside sales agent that runs one-to-one follow-up across text, calls and email and hands warm conversations to the team. Felix nurture emails are included in the plans; AI calling, SMS and handoffs need the Felix plan.

Potential strengths

  • Published plan prices with contact and seat allowances
  • Landing pages, forms, widgets, emails and postcards are included

Trade-offs

  • Entry price is high for a solo agent
  • AI calling and texting require the separately priced Felix plan
Sources and status

  • Billing terms: Monthly, or annual at a lower monthly rate
  • Source review: checked Oct 13, 2026

Homebot

smbhomebot.ai ↗
Consider forReal estate agents and teams who want automated, personalised homeowner and buyer content for past clients, alone or co-sponsored with a lending partner, as Homebot's agent pricing page describes
Pricing notesSolo costs $50 a month plus a $50 setup fee for 250 clients without a lender co-sponsor. The lender co-sponsored plan costs $25 a month plus a $50 setup fee for 250 clients and adds home search, the mobile app and buyer lead capture. Team costs $100 a month for 500 clients and two agent profiles, with additional profiles at $50 a month. Additional client blocks of 100 cost $10 a month. Agent plans are monthly; loan officer plans start at $125 a month (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateLender co-sponsorship that splits cost with a loan officer and adds a nationwide home search for buyers

Homebot is a client engagement product used by real estate agents, loan officers, title agents and insurance agents. For agents, its core output is the Home Digest, a monthly email report that lets a past client track and adjust their home's value, see equity and buying power, explore selling potential and refinancing scenarios, and contact the agent.

The co-sponsored plans add a Home Search experience for buyers who have not yet closed: a private nationwide search with saved searches, listing notifications, curated galleries and financial calculators, plus a branded mobile app for iOS and Android.

Homebot's pricing depends on whether a lender pays part of the cost. The Solo plan needs no lender. The lower-priced partner plan requires a lender co-sponsor, and Homebot notes that co-sponsored agents pay separately for their own monthly subscription. The Team plan adds admin controls, consolidated billing and shared client pooling.

Potential strengths

  • Lowest published entry price in this comparison
  • Runs automatically once clients are loaded

Trade-offs

  • Covers past-client engagement only, not websites or ads
  • The cheapest plan requires a lender co-sponsor

How to choose a vendor

Separate the setup fee, the subscription and the MLS fee

Website platforms here often charge three things. AgentFire publishes design packages from $800 to $6,500 before a monthly plan, and Luxury Presence states a one-time setup fee that varies by plan and brokerage partnership. Placester adds $25 a month per MLS for IDX, and Showcase IDX passes on MLS fees it says typically range from $0 to $33 a month. A first-year cost needs all three.

Check the contract term before the monthly price

Luxury Presence states that every plan is a 12-month agreement with billing from the day the site goes live. Placester, Showcase IDX and Fello publish month-to-month prices with discounts for annual billing. Ylopo and Rechat quote each customer. Buyers should confirm the minimum term and cancellation terms in writing before paying a setup fee.

Decide whether the tool replaces or feeds the CRM

Several products include a CRM, from Placester's simple CRM to Real Estate Webmasters' REW CRM and the Luxury Presence AI CRM. Others, such as Showcase IDX, Ylopo and Fello, describe integrations with an existing CRM such as Follow Up Boss. Agents with an established CRM should confirm two-way sync of leads and activity.

Frequently asked questions

What is real estate marketing software?

Real estate marketing software helps agents, teams and brokerages attract buyers and sellers and stay in touch with past clients. It covers branded websites with IDX listing search, lead capture forms and home valuation pages, paid ad management, listing marketing for email, social and print, and automated content such as home value reports. Many products include or integrate with a real estate CRM.

How much does real estate marketing software cost?

Published prices in this comparison run from $25 to $100 a month at Homebot, $59 to $599 a month at Placester, $94.95 to $124.95 a month at Showcase IDX, $165 or $215 a month at AgentFire after a design fee of $800 to $6,500, $350 to $799 or more a month at Real Estate Webmasters, and $499 to $2,000 or more a month at Fello. Luxury Presence, Ylopo, Rechat and iHomefinder base plans are quoted. Figures were checked in October 2026.

What is an IDX website and why does it matter?

IDX, or Internet Data Exchange, lets an agent display MLS listings on their own website. An IDX search keeps buyers on the agent's site, where saved searches and listing alerts capture their contact details, instead of sending them to a portal. Most MLSs charge a data fee, which vendors such as Placester and Showcase IDX pass on separately from the software price.

What is the difference between real estate marketing software and a real estate CRM?

A CRM stores contacts, tasks and deals and runs follow-up. Marketing software produces the website, ads, emails and content that bring leads in and keep clients engaged. The line is blurred: Placester, Luxury Presence and Real Estate Webmasters include a CRM, while Ylopo and Showcase IDX describe sending leads to an existing CRM such as Follow Up Boss. StatWharf compares CRMs separately.

Which tools focus on past clients and sphere marketing?

Homebot sends past clients a monthly Home Digest with their home value, equity and selling options. Fello enriches an existing database with property and consumer data, scores contacts and sends personalised emails, landing pages and postcards. Luxury Presence and Rechat also include saved listing and home value alerts or branded email campaigns within broader platforms.

Do these platforms run paid advertising?

Ylopo centres on Facebook and Instagram remarketing and lead generation ads, with AI follow-up. Luxury Presence includes managed ad spend from its Brand plan upward, with retargeting from Scale. AgentFire sells a managed ads service, and Rechat lets agents launch Facebook and Instagram listing ads from the app. In each case the ad budget itself is paid separately to the advertising platform.

Can a brokerage give every agent a website?

Yes, several products do this. Placester's Team and Broker plans include Agent Manager, which creates agent sites from brand-compliant templates, and bill for agents with launched websites. Luxury Presence Presence Premier adds agent subdomains and multi-office support. AgentFire Team Link adds agent landing pages, and Showcase IDX states that brokers can add sites for each team member.
