Best Real Estate CRM Software (2026): Top 10 Compared
Real estate CRM software keeps an agent's or brokerage's contacts, leads, follow-up and deals in one system built around how residential real estate works: leads arrive from portals, IDX websites and ads, they are routed to agents, nurtured for months with drip campaigns and property alerts, and eventually become transactions. This page covers CRMs built for real estate. General sales CRMs are covered on the CRM software page. The ten products below fall into three groups. Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent and Top Producer are CRM-first products that connect to outside lead sources. Lofty, BoldTrail, BoomTown, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive and CINC bundle the CRM with an IDX website and optional paid lead generation. Propertybase is a real estate CRM built on Salesforce for brokerages. Six of the ten publish a figure.

Real estate CRM software gives agents, teams and brokerages one system for the leads and relationships behind every sale. It collects leads from portals, websites and advertising, routes them to the right agent, keeps follow-up going with drip campaigns, texts, calls and property alerts, and tracks buyers and sellers through to the closed transaction.
The ten products compared here take different routes to that job. Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent and Top Producer are CRM-first products that work with lead sources the buyer already has. Lofty, BoldTrail, BoomTown, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive and CINC bundle the CRM with an IDX website and sell managed lead generation. Propertybase adapts Salesforce for real estate brokerages.
Every entry was checked against the vendor’s own pages in September 2026. Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive, Propertybase and Top Producer publish a figure; Lofty, BoldTrail, BoomTown and CINC quote.

Frequently asked questions
What is real estate CRM software?
It is a customer relationship management system built for agents, teams and brokerages. It captures leads from portals, websites and ads, routes them to agents, automates follow-up by email, text and calls, sends property alerts and market reports, and tracks each client through to a closed transaction. Many products also include an IDX website.
How much does a real estate CRM cost?
Six of the ten products publish a figure. Wise Agent starts at $49 a month, Follow Up Boss at $69 per user a month, Propertybase at $89 per user a month and Top Producer at $179 per user a month. Real Geeks costs $399 a month plus set-up and Sierra Interactive starts at $299.95 a month on annual billing. Lofty, BoldTrail, BoomTown and CINC quote.
What is the difference between a real estate CRM and a general CRM?
A real estate CRM is built around listings, MLS data, buyers and sellers. It typically offers lead routing from real estate portals, property alerts, IDX websites, transaction and commission tracking and market reports. A general sales CRM offers pipelines and contact records but needs configuration to handle these. Propertybase shows a middle path: Salesforce configured for real estate.
Which real estate CRMs include an IDX website?
Lofty, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive, CINC, BoomTown and BoldTrail include an IDX website as part of the platform. Top Producer sells a website as a $35 per user monthly add-on. Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent connect to outside websites and lead sources, although Wise Agent includes customisable landing pages.
Which CRMs suit a solo agent on a small budget?
Wise Agent's $49 monthly plan and Follow Up Boss Grow at $69 per user a month have the lowest published entry prices and no contracts. Sierra Interactive's Starter package and Top Producer's Pro plan also include a single user, at higher prices. All-in-one platforms that bundle websites and ads cost more but replace separate tools.
Do real estate CRMs generate leads?
Some do. Lofty, Real Geeks, CINC, BoomTown, BoldTrail and Top Producer sell managed Google, Facebook or Instagram campaigns alongside the CRM, usually for an extra monthly fee or ad management percentage. Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent focus on organising and following up leads that come from other sources.
What should a brokerage look for in a real estate CRM?
Brokerages usually need lead routing across offices, reporting by agent and team, single sign-on and back-office links for commissions. BoldTrail pairs its CRM with BackOffice and Recruit, Propertybase covers transactions and commissions on Salesforce, Lofty's broker plans add single sign-on and white labelling, and Follow Up Boss Platform supports teams within teams.
How was this list put together?

The page covers CRMs built for real estate; general sales CRMs are covered on a separate page. Position on the page is not a ranking, and no vendor has confirmed its entry.
