These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.

Chiropractic practice management software runs the scheduling, documentation and billing of a chiropractic clinic. It books and reminds patients, records SOAP notes and care plans with macros built for adjusting visits, submits insurance claims and posts remittances, collects patient payments and memberships, and reports on visits and collections. Most current products add patient apps, online intake and AI tools that draft notes from the visit.

The market splits by how vendors charge. ChiroTouch quotes its packages. ChiroFusion, ChiroSpring, ECLIPSE, Platinum and Atlas publish monthly plans that include one or two providers or a single clinic. ChiroHD publishes one flat price with unlimited providers, and zHealth charges per provider. ClinicMind, which now sells the former Genesis software, charges per completed visit. Jane is a multidisciplinary clinic system that many chiropractors use. General medical systems are covered on the medical practice management software page.

The comparison covers ten products. Details come from each vendor’s public product and pricing pages, checked on 15 October 2026.

ChiroTouch

Consider forChiropractic practices of different styles and sizes that want scheduling, AI-assisted charting, billing and payments in one cloud system, as ChiroTouch's homepage and pricing page describe
Pricing notesQuote only. Three packages, Start, Grow and Scale, each building on the one before. Every plan includes AI core features, guided onboarding and unlimited support. No figures are published. Clearinghouse claims require the CT Billing Suite add-on, sold with volume-based or unlimited claims. CT Launch offers special pricing for new practices (checked Oct 2026)
Feature to evaluateRheo AI scribe and charting built into the platform, with AI tools added at each package level

ChiroTouch sells cloud-based chiropractic EHR and practice management software. Its homepage states that more than 12,500 practices use it and that the product draws on more than 25 years of insights from more than 36,000 providers.

The platform connects scheduling, charting, billing, payments and insurance workflows. Rheo, the built-in AI assistant, handles natural-language scheduling, an AI scribe that drafts SOAP notes from the exam conversation, and a Compliance Scan that flags missing documentation before claims go out. Digital intake flows into SOAP notes, and preloaded macros cover different case types, techniques and therapies.

The pricing page lists three packages without figures. Start covers the core EHR and practice management, basic AI charting, payments, reminders, a patient portal and digital intake. Grow adds the AI scribe, automatic patient recall, reputation management and multi-location support. Scale adds an AI review responder, AI translator, AI campaigns, lead management and SmartFit exercise programs. CT Billing Suite adds AR tools, eligibility checks and a clearinghouse, priced by claim volume or as unlimited claims under a fair-use policy.

Potential strengths

  • Packages are tiered, so a practice can start with core EHR and add AI scribe, recall and multi-location support later
  • CT Pay, CT Billing Suite and SmartFit exercise programs are sold by the same vendor

Trade-offs

  • No published figures for any package
  • Clearinghouse access and AR tools depend on the separate CT Billing Suite

Consider forChiropractic practices that bill insurance and want claims, scheduling, notes and payments in one cloud system at a published price, as ChiroFusion's pricing page describes
Pricing notesEssentials is $129 a month with a 12-month commitment or $149 a month with no commitment. Priority phone support alone is $59 a month (checked Oct 2026)

How to choose a vendor

Work out what the published price counts

ChiroHD charges $299 a month with unlimited providers and users, and Atlas Unlimited charges $340 for unlimited providers. zHealth charges $119 or $249 per provider. ChiroSpring and ChiroFusion include one or two providers and add a fee for each extra provider. ClinicMind charges from $2 per completed visit. ChiroFusion's annual plans list a $299 setup fee and a 12-month commitment that auto-renews, while its monthly plans cost more and can be cancelled. Platinum lists no setup fees and includes data migration help. Jane imports data free. Ask each vendor for conversion, training and termination terms in writing.
