Best Walmart PPC Management Agencies (2026): Top 9 Compared

Updated October 2026By StatWharf Editorial9 agenciesMethodology

Walmart PPC management agencies run a brand's Walmart Connect advertising, from campaign structure and bids to reporting against sales goals. The nine agencies below differ by specialism and scope. 8th & Walton, Happy PPC and SellCord concentrate on Walmart or pay-per-click work, with SellCord Walmart-only. SellTru, My Amazon Guy, Canopy Management, Incrementum Digital and Embarc Consulting manage Walmart beside Amazon or other marketplaces, and Sequence Commerce adds Walmart DSP and off-Walmart programmatic. Four agencies publish fee figures (8th & Walton, SellTru, Happy PPC and My Amazon Guy, the last for audit and launch only), and five are quote-based.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.

A Walmart PPC management agency runs a brand’s advertising inside Walmart Connect, Walmart’s retail media business. Most of the work is Sponsored Search. Walmart’s Sponsored Search page lists three formats: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Videos. Advertisers pay per click, with no setup or monthly fees. Agencies add campaign structure, keyword and bid control, negative targeting, budget pacing and reporting. Several also run onsite display, Walmart DSP and off-Walmart media. Walmart ads work best when listing quality, price and stock are in good shape, so most agencies here also check or manage the item page.

The nine agencies compared here fall into three groups. 8th & Walton and SellCord work only on Walmart, and 8th & Walton serves store suppliers. SellTru, Happy PPC and Embarc Consulting run Walmart ads mainly as a pay-per-click service. My Amazon Guy, Sequence Commerce, Canopy Management and Incrementum Digital run Walmart alongside Amazon and other marketplaces. Three publish a monthly fee or fee range, and My Amazon Guy publishes audit and launch prices. All pricing notes were checked against each agency’s own website on 2 October 2026, and partner status against the Walmart Connect Partner Directory on the same date. Reported results are the agencies’ own figures. Entries with dated source checks appear first; this order reflects research readiness, not agency quality or any ranking.

Agency details and trade-offs

8th & Walton

specialist8thandwalton.com ↗
Consider forWalmart store suppliers with buyer relationships that want Walmart Connect management connected to store, replenishment and line-review work
Pricing notesManaged advertising US$1,750 per month or 8% of ad spend, whichever is greater, plus a US$750 one-time onboarding fee; optional content project US$5,000 for up to five items and US$500 per additional item (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionA Walmart-only advisory firm based near Walmart headquarters in Bentonville that connects advertising results to store distribution, Digital Penetration targets and buyer line reviews

8th & Walton is a Walmart supplier advisory firm in Bentonville, Arkansas, that has worked only on Walmart for about two decades. Its digital team, 8th & Walton Digital, does two things for store suppliers: it builds item content for Walmart.com and it manages Walmart Connect campaigns.

Managed advertising covers campaign strategy, campaign build, weekly optimisation, monthly reporting and a recurring strategy call. The firm argues that Amazon-first agencies apply Amazon processes to a platform that behaves differently, and that its advisory work on stores, forecasting and line reviews lets it connect digital results to the conversation a supplier is having with its Walmart buyer. An optional Get Advertising Ready project builds the image stack, title, key features and description from one white-background photo per item.

Pricing is published in full. Managed advertising costs US$1,750 a month or 8 per cent of ad spend, whichever is greater, with the percentage taking effect above roughly US$21,875 of monthly spend. A one-time onboarding fee of US$750 applies, along with a six-month minimum commitment and no minimum ad spend. The content project costs US$5,000 for up to five items and US$500 per item above that.

Published examples include a multi-brand food supplier with about US$40 million in annual Walmart sales spending around US$2 million a year on Walmart Connect, and a rebuild that held sales near US$830,000 while cutting four-month spend from US$909,000 to US$451,000. These are the firm's own figures and were not independently verified.

Potential strengths

  • Publishes the full fee formula, onboarding fee, minimum term and content project price, so total first-year cost can be estimated before a call
  • Store, supply chain and replenishment advice sits in the same firm, which helps separate a conversion problem from an out-of-stock problem

Trade-offs

  • Built for store suppliers; the page states that marketplace-only sellers without a store business may not be a fit
  • A six-month minimum applies, and a US$750 one-time onboarding fee applies

SellTru

mid-marketselltru.com ↗
Consider forBrands with roughly US$1 million to US$20 million in revenue that want Walmart Connect managed alongside Amazon under one account manager
Pricing notesFlat monthly retainer; most Walmart-only engagements run US$1,500 to US$3,500 per month and Amazon plus Walmart management typically US$3,000 to US$6,000 per month, quoted after a free audit (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionStates a flat retainer with no percentage-of-spend pricing, on the argument that spend-linked fees give an agency a reason to raise budgets

SellTru is a Fort Lauderdale agency covering Amazon and Walmart for brands with roughly US$1 million to US$20 million in revenue. Its Walmart Connect page covers three formats: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Walmart Display, including on-site and off-site placements that use Walmart shopper data. The agency states that it has run Walmart Connect for more than seven years and that its Walmart practice was built separately from its Amazon work.

The engagement follows a published 90-day sequence. Days 1 to 14 are a full account audit, delivered as a written findings document before any changes. Days 14 to 30 build or rebuild campaign structure, with Sponsored Products split by match type, ad groups split by category and intent, Sponsored Brands for brand defence and category conquest, and negative lists from the start. Days 30 to 60 gather baseline data with weekly negation and bid changes, and the first optimisation report arrives at day 45. From day 60, budget moves to the strongest keywords and ad types.

Pricing is described as a flat monthly retainer, never a percentage of ad spend. Most Walmart-only engagements run US$1,500 to US$3,500 a month, and combined Amazon and Walmart management typically runs US$3,000 to US$6,000, quoted after the free audit. The page suggests Walmart Connect suits brands with more than US$250,000 in annual Walmart revenue and category margins above 35 per cent. Reported figures, such as average first-year growth, are the agency's own.

Potential strengths

  • Publishes typical retainer ranges for Walmart-only and combined Amazon and Walmart engagements
  • A written audit is delivered before any changes, and the same account manager runs weekly optimisation and client calls

Trade-offs

  • The published figures are ranges, and the final retainer is set by account size and active product count after the audit
  • The site also publishes its own list of Walmart Connect agencies, so its category commentary is vendor-authored

Happy PPC

specialisthappyppc.co.uk ↗
Consider forBrands, including those selling in both the UK and North America, that want Walmart Connect run by a pay-per-click agency on rolling monthly terms
Pricing notesWalmart Connect management from £1,000 per month; Walmart Connect audits, training and one-off consultancy each from £500; prices exclude VAT, which is not charged to US businesses (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionOffers Walmart Connect audits, training and one-off consultancy as separately priced items alongside monthly management on a rolling contract

Happy PPC is a London pay-per-click agency, based in Camden, whose wider service list covers Google Ads, ecommerce and lead-generation campaigns and PPC audits. Its Walmart Connect service covers Sponsored Products search campaigns, video campaigns and Walmart display, optimised for ROAS and sales, with custom reports and dashboards. The page states that its process is transparent and lets clients review performance down to product level.

The engagement starts with a call to understand the brand, followed by analysis of past Walmart data to build a PPC strategy. With client approval, the agency builds the account in Walmart Connect, then shares reports and meets as needed.

Pricing is published as starting points. Walmart Connect management starts at £1,000 a month, and audits, training and one-off consultancy each start at £500. Prices exclude VAT, which is charged to UK businesses but not to US-based businesses. A precise quote follows an initial consultation. Contracts are stated to run on a monthly rolling basis. A testimonial from the marketing director of Ciaté London and Lottie London describes work across UK and North American markets and a doubled ROAS. These are client and agency statements and were not independently verified.

Potential strengths

  • Rolling monthly terms are stated, so there is no fixed minimum term on the page checked
  • Smaller one-off options, from £500, suit teams that want an audit or training rather than ongoing management

Trade-offs

  • Fees are quoted in pounds sterling, so US buyers carry currency movement
  • The Walmart page is brief, and its contact details use both happyppc.com and an EffectiveMarketing.uk address, which buyers may want clarified

My Amazon Guy

specialistmyamazonguy.com ↗
Consider forAmazon sellers expanding to Walmart Marketplace that want account setup, listing adaptation and Walmart Connect campaigns handled by one team
Pricing notesWalmart advertising audit US$500; Walmart full-service launch from US$2,500; ongoing management quoted (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionSells a US$500 Walmart advertising audit as a separate product, and adapts existing Amazon listing assets when launching a brand on Walmart

My Amazon Guy is an Atlanta-based Amazon agency that added Walmart full-service management, a Walmart account audit and a Walmart advertising audit as new service lines. The Walmart page states that the team manages every core area of the marketplace rather than PPC alone, aligning catalog management, SEO, design, copywriting and advertising.

The published scope of work runs from account setup to post-launch optimisation. It covers seller account registration and configuration, catalog and feed onboarding, adapting listing content from existing Amazon assets, and initial advertising structure and launch support. The advertising launch covers Walmart Connect setup, Sponsored Products automatic and manual campaigns, Sponsored Brands where the brand is eligible, keyword and bid strategy built from the catalog and early signals, and launch-phase budget pacing. Later work covers reporting, a growth roadmap and a recurring optimisation and check-in cadence. The FAQ states that the PPC team tracks ACOS, ROAS and TACOS, manages WFS enrolment and inbound shipments, and runs Reduced Price and strikethrough promotions only with client approval.

Two prices are published. The Walmart advertising audit costs US$500 and covers a full campaign review, SKU-level performance analysis, an ad spend efficiency breakdown, a keyword and targeting audit, and an ad type and placement coverage check. A Walmart launch is offered from US$2,500. Ongoing management is quoted, and no retainer figure or contract length appears on the pages checked.

Potential strengths

  • Two entry prices are published: a US$500 advertising audit and a launch from US$2,500
  • Walmart scope covers WFS setup, promotions, catalog troubleshooting and reporting on ACOS, ROAS and TACOS as well as ads

Trade-offs

  • The ongoing Walmart management fee and contract length are not published
  • Walmart is a newer line for an Amazon-first agency, and the Walmart pages list Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands rather than display or DSP

SellCord

specialistsellcord.co ↗
Consider forWalmart 1P suppliers and 3P marketplace sellers that want a Walmart-only agency to run Walmart Connect alongside account management
Pricing notesQuote-based; no rate published on the agency site (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionListed at Premium Partner tier in the Walmart Connect Partner Directory, and manages budgets through an in-house platform, Dashna, with a Smart Budget Manager

SellCord is a Walmart-only agency. Its services cover account applications, account management, reinstatement, advertising management, creative, listing creation and optimisation, onboarding, rich media, Walmart 1P account management, and moving drop-ship vendors to 3P.

The advertising management page describes full-service Walmart Connect management for 1P and 3P sellers. It covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and display ads, as well as promotional events. Listed deliverables are strategy development based on keyword targeting and Walmart style guidelines, ad creative, performance monitoring, keyword research, budget management, A/B testing of ad types and placements, reporting that combines sales, ad spend and profit, promotion planning and listing compliance. Budgets are managed through Dashna's Smart Budget Manager, which the page says adjusts spend using real-time conversion and profit data. The agency states that it has managed more than US$50 million in Walmart ad spend.

Partner status is confirmed by a public source. The Walmart Connect Partner Directory, fetched on 2 October 2026, lists SellCord at Premium Partner tier. The entry is tagged for campaign management, creative and managed service across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Videos and on-site display, for sellers and suppliers, with English, Mandarin and Spanish support. The same entry lists percentage of media spend, project-based, custom package and retainer pricing models. The agency site publishes no fee, so the model and rate for a given account must come from a quote.

Potential strengths

  • Partner status was confirmed in the Walmart Connect Partner Directory, at Premium Partner tier, on 2 October 2026
  • Covers both 1P and 3P accounts, with separate services for 1P account management and for moving drop-ship vendors to 3P

Trade-offs

  • No fee, minimum spend or contract term is published on the agency site
  • The advertising page gives one scale figure, more than US$50 million of managed ad spend, and no named client results

Sequence Commerce

mid-marketsequencecommerce.com ↗
Consider forBrands, including 1P vendors, that want Sponsored Search, display, Walmart DSP and off-Walmart programmatic run by one multi-marketplace team
Pricing notesQuote-based; no management fee published; managed Walmart DSP stated to require US$5,000 or more in monthly spend (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionPublishes a four-stage engagement with weekly bid changes, creative refreshes every two weeks and monthly Walmart Luminate measurement reviews

Sequence Commerce is a multi-marketplace agency covering Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, Instacart, Best Buy, Wayfair, Shopify and TikTok Shop. Its Walmart page describes advertising and pay-per-click management across six categories: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Videos, Onsite Display, Walmart DSP and off-Walmart programmatic. The service is described as being for brands already selling on Walmart, including first-party vendors. The page states US$500 million or more of marketplace revenue managed across more than 100 brands.

The engagement has four stages. A week-one audit covers campaign structure, keyword coverage, listing-to-ad alignment, format mix and attribution gaps. In weeks two and three, a 90-day roadmap records planned budget allocation before launch. In weeks four to eight, Sponsored Products is restructured, Sponsored Brands and Videos are launched, DSP is onboarded, off-Walmart tests begin, and weekly dashboard reporting starts by day 30. After that, bids and budgets are optimised weekly, Sponsored Brands and video creative is refreshed every two weeks, Walmart Luminate measurement is reviewed monthly, and business reviews are held quarterly.

The page states that managed Walmart DSP needs at least US$5,000 of monthly spend. No management fee is published.

Potential strengths

  • Scope runs past Sponsored Search to onsite display, Walmart DSP and off-Walmart programmatic under one team
  • The engagement timeline and ongoing cadence are published, from a week-one audit to quarterly business reviews

Trade-offs

  • No management fee is published, so the cost of the retainer is known only after a proposal
  • Parts of the Walmart page contain unfilled template placeholders in its review-rating copy, so stated figures should be confirmed directly

Canopy Management

mid-marketcanopymanagement.com ↗
Consider forDirect-to-consumer and Amazon sellers moving to Walmart that want onboarding, listings, WFS, Seller Center operations and Sponsored Products from one team
Pricing notesQuote-based; no rate published (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionA three-step Walmart onboarding process runs from marketplace application to Seller Center order handling, and the agency appears in the Walmart Connect Partner Directory

Canopy Management is a full-service agency for Amazon, Walmart and Shopify sellers. Its Walmart page positions it as an onboarding and growth partner for direct-to-consumer brands moving onto Walmart Marketplace.

The Walmart process has three steps. First, the agency helps with the marketplace application. Second, Walmart SEO specialists optimise listings using keyword research and Walmart's current listing guidelines, and the team connects the brand's ecommerce platform to Walmart's API and checks catalog compliance. Third, the team runs fulfilment and advertising: it monitors the Seller Center dashboard, processes orders, answers customer enquiries, plans inventory around Walmart Fulfillment Services, and builds Sponsored Products campaigns. The advertising section says the team keeps pace with ad platform updates by testing audience targeting, keyword approaches and ad creative to raise ROAS.

Partner status is confirmed by a public source. The Walmart Connect Partner Directory, fetched on 2 October 2026, lists Canopy Management at Partner tier. The entry is tagged for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Videos, on-site display and Brand Shop and Shelf, across campaign management, creative, measurement and retail services, as a managed service on a custom package.

The Walmart page reports US$3.3 billion of revenue managed, 84 per cent average year-on-year profit growth and 99.1 per cent client retention. No pricing is published.

Potential strengths

  • Partner status was confirmed in the Walmart Connect Partner Directory on 2 October 2026
  • Covers day-to-day Seller Center work, including orders, customer enquiries and WFS inventory planning, as well as advertising

Trade-offs

  • No price, minimum or contract term is published
  • The case studies on the Walmart page are Amazon examples, and managed revenue figures differ across the agency's pages

Incrementum Digital

specialistincrementumdigital.com ↗
Consider forBrands already working across Amazon and TikTok Shop that want Walmart Sponsored Products and display managed by the same marketplace agency
Pricing notesQuote-based; no rate published (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionLists direct access to Walmart's team among its Walmart advertising features, alongside A/B testing and regular reporting with recommendations

Incrementum Digital is a marketplace agency founded by Liran Hirschkorn. Its services cover Amazon advertising, Amazon DSP, Creator Connections, brand management, Walmart advertising management, seller operations, retail media channels, TikTok Shop and creative services. It also has an in-house analytics product, Data Owl, which appears in the site navigation.

The Walmart advertising page lists five features: strategic campaign planning, comprehensive campaign management, continuous monitoring and optimisation, actionable insights, and direct access to Walmart's team. Campaign work covers Walmart Sponsored Products, display ads and Search Brand Amplifiers, an earlier name for what Walmart now calls Sponsored Brands. The team adjusts keywords, ad placements and content. Optimisation uses Walmart data for frequent changes through bid strategy, keyword updates and A/B testing. Reporting arrives regularly with recommendations, and the page describes adapting campaigns as the platform changes.

The page gives no figures for Walmart scale, spend under management or client results. Its only testimonial describes Amazon PPC work, and the footer carries a 2024 copyright. Buyers should ask for current Walmart case studies and confirm the named team. The public Walmart Connect Partner Directory, fetched on 2 October 2026, did not include the agency. Engagements start with an enquiry form that promises recommendations whether or not the brand signs. No pricing, minimum spend or contract length is published.

Potential strengths

  • Walmart advertising, retail media channels, TikTok Shop and Amazon sit with one agency for multi-marketplace brands
  • Campaign scope covers Sponsored Products, display and brand placements, with A/B testing and recurring reports

Trade-offs

  • No fee, minimum spend or contract term is published
  • The Walmart page uses Search Brand Amplifiers, an earlier name for Sponsored Brands, and its only testimonial is about Amazon, so the page may be out of date

Embarc Consulting

specialistembarcconsulting.com ↗
Consider forPrivate-label sellers that want Walmart Sponsored Products managed weekly against a target built from each item's margin, often alongside Amazon PPC
Pricing notesQuote-based after a free audit; most engagements are a monthly retainer, sometimes with a performance component tied to sales; ad spend billed by Walmart and not marked up (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionPublishes a worked break-even ACoS and ROAS calculation for a WFS item and sets targets from margin rather than category benchmarks

Embarc Consulting is a private-label-only marketplace agency with more than ten years of Amazon account management. It lists Walmart Marketplace management and Walmart advertising as separate services. Its Walmart advertising page describes weekly management of Walmart Connect campaigns, mainly Sponsored Products, run the same way as its Amazon PPC: wasted spend is cut, negatives are added, bids move toward a margin-based target and budgets are paced.

Scope covers automatic campaigns for discovery, manual keyword campaigns for proven terms and brand defence; keyword research seeded from Amazon data; bid and placement adjustments; negation and harvesting; Sponsored Brands and video where eligible; budget pacing; listing and offer checks; and weekly plain-language reports. The page explains how Walmart differs from Amazon in bidding controls, match behaviour, attribution and reporting, and why a Walmart ROAS and an Amazon ACoS cannot be compared directly.

Pricing is quoted after a free 30-minute audit. The main pricing drivers are Walmart Connect spend, item and campaign count, and whether ads are bought alone or with full account management. Most engagements are a monthly retainer, sometimes with a sales-linked component. Ad spend is billed by Walmart and not marked up. The page states that Walmart advertising is a newer service, that no Walmart results are published, and that its case studies are Amazon accounts. The footer states that the agency is not affiliated with Walmart.

Potential strengths

  • The pricing model, ad spend billing and account ownership are explained, and campaigns and data stay with the brand if the engagement ends
  • Listing quality, Buy Box, price and stock are checked on every advertised item

Trade-offs

  • The page states that Walmart advertising is a newer service and that no Walmart results are published; the case studies are Amazon accounts
  • Serves private-label brands only, so resellers and 1P suppliers fall outside its stated scope

Frequently asked questions

What does a Walmart PPC management agency do?

A Walmart PPC management agency plans and runs a brand's Walmart Connect advertising. The core work is Sponsored Search: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Videos. It covers campaign structure, keyword and bid management, negative keywords, budget pacing and reporting against ROAS or ACoS. Some agencies here also run onsite display, Walmart DSP and off-Walmart media. Most check listing quality, price, Buy Box and stock, because these limit what ads can achieve.

How much do Walmart PPC management agencies charge?

Four agencies here publish figures. 8th & Walton charges US$1,750 a month or 8 per cent of ad spend, whichever is greater, plus US$750 onboarding. SellTru states most Walmart-only retainers run US$1,500 to US$3,500 a month. Happy PPC starts at £1,000 a month. My Amazon Guy sells a US$500 advertising audit and a launch from US$2,500. Embarc Consulting describes a retainer model without a figure. SellCord, Sequence Commerce, Canopy Management and Incrementum Digital quote per engagement.

Which agencies publish contract terms or minimums?

8th & Walton states a six-month minimum commitment and no minimum ad spend. Happy PPC states rolling monthly contracts. SellTru states a flat retainer with no percentage-of-spend pricing but no term. Embarc Consulting confirms any minimum term in writing, says ad spend is not marked up, and says the ad account stays with the brand. Sequence Commerce states that managed Walmart DSP needs at least US$5,000 a month in spend. The other agencies publish no term.

What is the Walmart Connect Partner Network, and which agencies appear in it?

The Partner Network is Walmart Connect's directory of agencies and technology providers, filtered by service, ad product and pricing model. The directory fetched on 2 October 2026 returned 310 entries. It listed SellCord at Premium Partner tier and Canopy Management at Partner tier. Other agencies on this page may hold membership that this check did not capture, so buyers can ask each agency directly. Directory listing is not a measure of performance.

How does Walmart PPC differ from Amazon PPC?

The concepts carry over, but the settings do not. Embarc Consulting notes that Walmart has its own auction, placement and device bid adjustments, match behaviour and attribution window, so a Walmart ROAS and an Amazon ACoS are not directly comparable. SellTru and 8th & Walton argue that Walmart ranking weights store sales, ratings and fulfilment method differently. Walmart states that Sponsored Search has no setup or monthly fees and charges only per click.

Which agencies run Walmart DSP and display as well as Sponsored Search?

Sequence Commerce covers the widest scope here: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Videos, Onsite Display, Walmart DSP and off-Walmart programmatic. SellTru lists Walmart Display, including off-site placements. Happy PPC, SellCord and Incrementum Digital list display alongside Sponsored Search. My Amazon Guy and Embarc Consulting focus on Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, with Embarc adding video where the brand qualifies. Canopy Management's directory entry lists on-site display.

Do these agencies serve store suppliers or marketplace sellers?

It varies. 8th & Walton is built for store suppliers with buyer relationships and says marketplace-only sellers may not be a fit. SellCord manages both 1P and 3P accounts and offers 1P account management. Sequence Commerce includes first-party vendors. Embarc Consulting serves private-label sellers only. SellTru, My Amazon Guy, Canopy Management and Incrementum Digital mainly address marketplace sellers, many of them already selling on Amazon.

How should this comparison be used?

Use the documented scope, published pricing and terms to shortlist two or three agencies. Then request a scoped proposal, the named account team, Walmart-specific case studies and references. Several agencies here publish mostly Amazon results, so ask for Walmart evidence directly. Confirm Partner Network status, fee basis and exit terms in writing. This page records public source checks of each agency's website and the Walmart Connect directory on 2 October 2026, not hands-on engagement or agency confirmation.
