Best Amazon Account Management Agencies (2026): Top 9 Compared

Updated October 2026By StatWharf Editorial9 agenciesMethodology

Amazon account management agencies are service providers that run a brand's Amazon channel, covering advertising, listings, inventory and account health. The nine agencies differ in fee structure and scope. Marknology and Olifant Digital publish management fees, Marknology as a rate card with a revenue-linked component and Olifant Digital as a flat retainer. SupplyKick quotes a custom flat fee and helps brands move from 1P to 3P. My Amazon Guy, Seller Interactive, Canopy Management, Buy Box Experts, eStore Factory and Avenue7Media offer full-service or launch-focused management, with Canopy covering Walmart and Chewy as well and Buy Box Experts operating as a Spreetail company. My Amazon Guy publishes only an audit price; the other six agencies publish no fee.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.

An Amazon account management agency takes over the running of a brand’s Amazon business rather than a single channel within it. The work spans catalog and listing maintenance, SEO and content, advertising, inventory forecasting and FBA shipments, account health, compliance and Seller Support cases, with reporting tied to sales and profit. Buyers usually move to this model when advertising results are limited by stock-outs, suppressed listings or catalog errors that a PPC-only agency does not own.

The nine agencies compared here differ mainly in fee model and operational depth. Marknology and Olifant Digital publish monthly retainers, and Marknology adds a growth fee tied to a revenue baseline. SupplyKick states a custom flat fee, while the others quote per engagement. Marknology runs its own warehouse, and SupplyKick, Canopy Management and Avenue7Media list FBA logistics and inventory recovery. Buy Box Experts operates as part of Spreetail, and eStore Factory sells a 360 package or individual services. All pricing notes were checked against each agency’s own website on 2 October 2026, and all reported results are the agencies’ own figures. Entries with dated source checks appear first; the order records research readiness, not agency quality or any ranking.

Agency details and trade-offs

Marknology

Consider forBrands that want full Amazon account management at a published monthly rate, with an optional growth fee and in-house warehousing under the same company
Pricing notesStrategy Only US$1,500 per month; Amazon Management US$3,000 per month; Management plus Content US$4,500 per month; plus 3% of Amazon revenue above a trailing three-month baseline, charged only in months the channel is profitable after the fee (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionPublishes the complete rate card, the performance-fee formula and a worked example, and runs its own 20,000 square foot third-party logistics warehouse in Kansas City

Marknology is a family-owned Amazon agency based in Kansas City, founded by Andrew Morgans, who states that he has sold on Amazon since 2011. The homepage describes it as a full-service Amazon partner and lists more than US$2 billion of revenue facilitated for over 300 brands. Alongside Amazon advertising, listing optimisation and brand management, the company runs Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify work, international expansion, China sourcing, and a 20,000 square foot third-party logistics warehouse.

The pricing page publishes three tiers. Amazon Management at US$3,000 a month covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, listing and variation fixes and catalog hygiene, written SEO for titles, bullets and backend keywords, reviews, account health and day-to-day operations, and weekly reporting. Management plus Content at US$4,500 a month adds A+ Content, Brand Story, main image and image stack design, and Brand Store builds, and can be switched off once the content ships. Strategy Only at US$1,500 a month provides an audit, a monthly action list and working sessions while the brand's own team executes.

Every plan carries a performance fee of 3% of Amazon revenue above a baseline set from the trailing three months before work starts, charged only in months the channel is profitable after the fee. The page gives a worked example in which a US$50,000 baseline brand reaching US$70,000 pays US$5,100 that month. Engagements start with a 90-day minimum, then run month-to-month with 30 days notice either way.

Potential strengths

  • Every tier, the growth-fee formula, the minimum term and the notice period are published before any sales call
  • Fulfilment and warehousing sit with the same company as account management, which suits brands that want one operator for both

Trade-offs

  • The 3% growth fee depends on how the baseline and profitability are measured, so both definitions need to be fixed in writing
  • Advertising spend, Amazon fees and software subscriptions are stated as excluded from the fee

Olifant Digital

Consider forEstablished Amazon brands and direct-to-consumer brands launching on Amazon that want a published flat retainer and a stated refund guarantee
Pricing notesAmazon account management retainers start at US$2,000 per month, flat and scoped to the account, never a percentage of ad spend (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionA single flat retainer from US$2,000 a month is stated to include strategy, PPC, SEO, creative, conversion work, inventory and account health, backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee

Olifant Digital is an Amazon and ecommerce agency whose Amazon service line now leads with full account management, alongside separate PPC, SEO, listing optimisation, account audit and brand management pages. A direct-to-consumer line covers Meta, Google and TikTok advertising, ad creative, email and SMS, and conversion rate optimisation. The page states more than US$100 million of annual client revenue under management and a 5.0 rating on Clutch.

The account management page describes daily management of listings, catalog and advertising, optimised against TACoS so that profit grows with revenue rather than with the advertising bill. The published inclusions are an Amazon marketing strategy, weekly true net profit reporting, continuous A/B testing, product images and video, A+ content and Brand Story design, listing copywriting, daily PPC management, SEO and organic ranking work, price testing, and inventory and account health management. Communication is a scheduled weekly call plus a shared Slack channel.

The agency states three differentiators: an in-house platform, Olifant AI, that reviews each account daily for a senior specialist to act on the same day; a policy of staffing only specialists with seven or more years on Amazon; and a flat retainer that is never a percentage of ad spend. Seller Central, Vendor Central and hybrid accounts are all supported. Pricing is published. Retainers start at US$2,000 a month, scale with account scope, run month-to-month and carry a 60-day money-back guarantee on management fees.

Potential strengths

  • Starting price, month-to-month terms and a refund guarantee are all published on the account management page
  • Seller Central, Vendor Central and hybrid accounts are all stated as supported

Trade-offs

  • US$2,000 is a starting figure, and the final retainer is scoped to the account
  • Client results are presented as individual case studies chosen by the agency rather than portfolio-wide averages

My Amazon Guy

specialistmyamazonguy.com ↗
Consider forSeller Central brands that want SEO, advertising, catalog, design and Seller Support case handling run by one large full-service team
Pricing notesFull Amazon account audit US$1,000 per account; full-service management quoted on request (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionOperational extras are named in the full-service scope: backups of ads and catalog data, Seller Support case log management, bi-weekly calls and proactive restock recommendations

My Amazon Guy is a Seller Central agency whose full-service management line covers what it calls all the pillars of Amazon: SEO, PPC, catalog, design and operations, run together so that a whole catalog gains market share. The page lists PPC, a four-phase Amazon SEO plan, design work on listing images, A+ Content and Brand Stores, merchandising of listings and attributes, catalog troubleshooting, reporting and monitoring, platform management, FBA shipping plans and IPI management, and copywriting.

Operational support is spelled out in more detail than at most agencies here. Ads and catalog data are backed up for rollback and analysis, Seller Support cases are logged and managed by the team, client calls are held bi-weekly, restock reports are produced proactively to avoid stockouts and overstock, and suppressed listings and FBA reports are monitored. Vendor Central full service, Walmart full-service management, Amazon DSP and TikTok Shop setup are sold as separate lines.

Scale claims on the full-service page include being the 334th fastest-growing company in the United States and serving more than 400 Amazon brands. The same page gives the headcount as more than 500 employees in one section and more than 400 in another. These are the agency's own figures and were not independently verified. Commercial terms are partly public. A full Amazon account audit costs US$1,000 per account, covering advertising, listings, account health, profitability and fees. Full-service management is quoted on request.

Potential strengths

  • The full-service page lists operational tasks such as case management, suppressed listing monitoring and restock reports, not only marketing work
  • A fixed-price full account audit is published as an entry point before a management engagement

Trade-offs

  • The management fee and contract length are not published
  • The same page states both more than 500 and more than 400 employees, so scale figures need clarification

SupplyKick

Consider forSeller Central or Vendor Central brands that want a flat-fee agency with operator experience, including brands moving from Vendor Central to Seller Central
Pricing notesCustom flat-fee pricing based on brand complexity; no percentage of ad spend and no revenue-based fees; no figure published (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionBegan as an Amazon retailer in 2012 and states it has built eight-figure Amazon brands itself, with a single senior account manager per brand

SupplyKick is an Amazon agency based in Fishers, Indiana, which states that it started as an Amazon retailer in 2012 and has built eight-figure brands of its own before working as an agency. The agency page lists more than US$100 million managed on Amazon each year, a 96 per cent partner retention rate, more than 13 years of Amazon experience and an average 35 per cent sales growth in a partner's first year. It holds Amazon Ads Verified Partner status.

The agency scope has four service areas. Marketing and content covers SEO copy, A+ Content, photography and Storefront design. Advertising runs from Sponsored Products to Amazon DSP. Brand management covers pricing enforcement, unauthorised seller resolution and Brand Registry support. Logistics and fulfilment covers inventory forecasting, FBA shipment creation, FBA reimbursements and claims management. Brands can hand over full management or pick services a la carte, and each brand is stated to get one senior account manager rather than rotating junior staff.

Work is offered on Seller Central or Vendor Central, with a specific offer for brands moving from Vendor Central to Seller Central, and expansion to Walmart, Target Plus and Lowe's marketplaces. Published case studies include Johnson Hardware, which consolidated unauthorised sellers into a single-seller model. The company's own pricing guide states that it uses custom flat-fee pricing based on brand complexity, with no percentage of ad spend and no revenue-based fees. No figure is published.

Potential strengths

  • The fee model is stated plainly as a custom flat fee with no ad-spend or revenue percentage
  • Logistics work, including FBA shipment creation, reimbursements and claims, sits inside the agency scope alongside marketing and advertising

Trade-offs

  • No fee figure, minimum or contract term is published
  • Retention and growth figures are the agency's own reporting and were not independently verified

Seller Interactive

Consider forGrowing FBA brands and founders coordinating several freelancers who want one team to run Seller Central end to end on month-to-month terms
Pricing notesQuote-based; no fee published (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionStates flexible month-to-month agreements, weekly strategy calls and real-time dashboards, and publishes a four-step framework from audit to reporting

Seller Interactive is an Amazon agency that states its origins as Amazon sellers in Toronto in 2010 and that it is trusted by more than 1,300 brands. Beyond Amazon it offers full account management for Walmart and TikTok Shop, and Meta, Google and website SEO work. The Amazon full account management page describes the service as operating fully inside Seller Central rather than advising from outside it.

The published coverage list is a strategy and growth roadmap, listings and SEO, PPC and campaign management, catalog and inventory management, product launches, compliance and suspension monitoring, and reporting. The FAQ adds brand protection and review strategy. Day-to-day monitoring covers policy changes, suppressions, intellectual property issues and performance notifications. Amazon DSP and design and creative work are marked as scoped separately.

Delivery follows a four-step framework. An account and market audit reviews catalog structure, advertising waste and keyword gaps. A strategy and roadmap step sets revenue targets, TACoS and spend guardrails and launch priorities. Execution applies listing, advertising and operational changes with weekly adjustments. Reporting covers sales, ad efficiency and account health with next-cycle actions. The agency names its target clients as FBA brands scaling quickly, Seller Central accounts in decline and founders managing several freelancers. Each client gets a dedicated account manager, weekly strategy calls and real-time dashboards, and the FAQ states flexible month-to-month agreements. No fee is published.

Potential strengths

  • Contract terms and the meeting cadence are published, with weekly calls and a dedicated account manager
  • Suspension appeals, reinstatement and reimbursement recovery are available from the same agency

Trade-offs

  • No fee or minimum is published, and DSP and design are scoped separately from the core service
  • Client results are presented as selected case studies rather than portfolio averages

Pricing notesQuote-based; no fee published; the FAQ states no minimum requirements to qualify for full-service management (checked Oct 2026)
Service distinctionThe full-service bundle extends past marketing to customer service management, lost inventory recovery, inventory projections and Google advertising

Canopy Management is a full-service marketplace agency based in Austin, Texas, with full-service lines for Amazon, Walmart and Chewy. The full-service account management page states more than US$2.2 billion of revenue managed across hundreds of brands, and lists average figures of 84 per cent year-over-year profit growth, a 38 per cent conversion rate increase, a 105 per cent increase in paid advertising profitability and a 99.1 per cent client retention rate.

The FAQ lists what full-service management includes: growth planning and strategy, product listing optimisation as needed, Amazon brand support, Google advertising, lost inventory recovery, PPC advertising, Amazon DSP, inventory management, customer service management and customised reporting. Brand support is handled by a Partner Success team covering account health issues such as suppressed listings and stranded inventory. Inventory work uses projection systems for restocking and forecasting, and customer service covers buyer-seller messaging and review management.

Delivery is described in three stages: research to find trouble spots and opportunities, design and optimisation of listings, budgets and DSP campaigns, then growth and scaling against agreed targets. Credentials listed include Amazon Ads Preferred Partner status, an Inc. 500 placement at number 325 in 2022 and several AVA Digital and Stevie awards. The FAQ states that there are no minimum requirements to qualify for full-service management, while the audit offer is described as first-come, first-served. • A minimum monthly advertising budget is stated on the enquiry form, which helps smaller brands check fit early

Trade-offs

  • No management fee or contract term is published

Service distinctionA published three-phase process holds advertising back until listings and reviews are ready, and the scope extends to financial modelling and product roadmap advice

Avenue7Media is an Amazon and Walmart agency led by founder and chief executive Jason Boyce, who is described as having nearly 20 years of experience as an Amazon top seller and co-wrote a book on Amazon product marketing, The Amazon Jungle. Frequently asked questions

What does an Amazon account management agency do?

An Amazon account management agency runs the day-to-day operation of a brand's Seller Central or Vendor Central account. Typical scope covers catalog and listing maintenance, SEO and content, advertising, inventory forecasting and FBA shipments, account health and policy compliance, Seller Support cases and reporting. It differs from a PPC-only agency in that advertising is one workstream among several, and the agency is expected to fix catalog, stock and compliance problems that limit what advertising can return.

How much do Amazon account management agencies charge?

Three agencies here publish figures. Marknology lists US$1,500 for strategy only, US$3,000 for management and US$4,500 with content per month, plus 3% of revenue above a baseline. Olifant Digital states retainers from US$2,000 a month. My Amazon Guy prices a full account audit at US$1,000. SupplyKick states custom flat fees with no percentage of ad spend or revenue. Its 2026 pricing guide puts the wider market at roughly US$1,500 to over US$25,000 a month. The remaining agencies quote per engagement.

Which agencies publish contract terms?

Three do. Marknology starts with a 90-day minimum, then runs month-to-month with 30 days notice. Olifant Digital states month-to-month terms with a 60-day money-back guarantee on management fees. Seller Interactive states flexible month-to-month agreements. The other six agencies publish no term on the pages checked, so minimum length, notice period and ownership of account data and creative should be confirmed in writing before signing.

What is the difference between account management and PPC management?

PPC management covers campaign structure, keywords, bids, budgets and reporting on Amazon Ads. Account management includes that work but adds listing and catalog maintenance, inventory planning, account health, compliance and case handling. Several agencies here sell both: Seller Interactive and My Amazon Guy list PPC as a component of full account management, while Marknology and eStore Factory offer lighter strategy-only or a la carte options for brands that keep some work in-house.

Which agencies handle inventory and FBA logistics?

Most include some inventory work, but the depth varies. Marknology operates its own 20,000 square foot warehouse in Kansas City. SupplyKick lists inventory forecasting, FBA shipment creation, reimbursements and claims. Avenue7Media states it works with warehouses to process FBA shipments. Canopy Management lists inventory projections and lost inventory recovery, and My Amazon Guy lists restock recommendations and IPI management. eStore Factory includes shipment preparation in its 360 scope.

Do these agencies work with Vendor Central as well as Seller Central?

Olifant Digital states support for Seller Central, Vendor Central and hybrid accounts. SupplyKick works on either and offers help moving from Vendor Central to Seller Central. My Amazon Guy sells Vendor Central full service as a separate line from its Seller Central management. Seller Interactive describes its full account management as operating inside Seller Central. The other agencies do not state Vendor Central coverage on the pages checked, so buyers on 1P should confirm it.

Which agencies also manage Walmart or other marketplaces?

Canopy Management runs full-service lines for Walmart and Chewy. Seller Interactive offers full account management for Walmart and TikTok Shop. Marknology lists Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify. SupplyKick lists Walmart, Target Plus and Lowe's marketplaces. My Amazon Guy and Avenue7Media both offer Walmart management. Buy Box Experts focuses on Amazon, including international Amazon marketplaces, and eStore Factory covers all Amazon marketplaces plus general digital marketing.

How should this comparison be used?

Use the documented scope, published pricing and contract terms to shortlist two or three agencies, then request a written proposal naming the account team, which tasks are included in the fee and which are billed separately, and how inventory, account health and Seller Support cases are handled. Ask for case studies in the same category. This page records public source checks of each agency's own website on 2 October 2026, not hands-on engagement or agency confirmation.
