Best Shopify Fulfillment Services (2026): Top 10 Compared
A Shopify fulfillment service stores a merchant's inventory, then picks, packs and ships each order as it arrives in the Shopify admin. The ten providers below split on two lines. The first is where the relationship lives: Flexport, ShipBob, Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment, Bigblue, DHL Fulfillment Network, GoBolt and Mayple Global are listed partners in Shopify Fulfillment Network and connect from inside the store admin, while Cahoot, Simpl Fulfillment and Huboo connect through their own Shopify apps. The second is how the bill is built. Amazon publishes a rate card. Simpl charges one flat rate per order. Bigblue and Huboo charge a subscription plus fulfillment fees. The remaining six quote against order volume, product mix and storage.
Order is not a ranking. How entries are ordered.

Shopify merchants outsource fulfillment at the point where packing orders stops being a good use of the founder’s evening. The ten services below all store inventory, pick, pack and ship Shopify orders, and write tracking numbers back to the store, but they are not interchangeable.
Seven are listed partners in Shopify Fulfillment Network and connect from inside the store admin: Flexport, ShipBob, Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment, Bigblue, DHL Fulfillment Network, GoBolt and Mayple Global. The other three connect through their own Shopify apps.
They also serve different sizes. DHL Fulfillment Network and GoBolt both state a floor around 3,000 orders a month. Simpl Fulfillment states it works from roughly 50 orders a month. Huboo publishes a £1,500 monthly starting point.
Pricing transparency varies more than anything else. Amazon publishes a rate card, Simpl a flat per-order figure, Bigblue and Huboo their subscription structure. The other six quote. Every figure below was checked against the provider’s own pricing or documentation page in September 2026.
Vendor details and trade-offs
Flexport is a freight forwarder that also runs ecommerce fulfillment, and Shopify names it the preferred partner in Shopify Fulfillment Network. The positioning on its own product page is that it is the only 3PL handling end-to-end logistics, covering freight, distribution and DTC fulfillment in one place.
Connection is through the Shopify Fulfillment Network app. Flexport states that new merchants create a Seller Portal account and link the store in a few clicks, and that merchants already using the older portal integration do not need to change anything.
The documented feature set leans toward merchants who import. Flexport lists automated inbound value-added services with custom label types, freight milestone tracking inside Seller Portal, pre-order and backorder handling for goods still in transit, and AI-driven inventory placement across its warehouse network. It records integrations with more than 50 ecommerce and retailer platforms, international shipping to over 200 countries with DDP and DDU options, and a dropshipping service covering more than 50 retailers including Costco.
Flexport also appears on the StatWharf ecommerce fulfillment companies comparison.
Potential strengths
- Freight, customs clearance and DTC fulfillment sit on one platform, so inbound delays are visible against the orders they will affect
- Documented DDP and DDU options for over 200 countries, with stated integration into Shopify Managed Markets and Passport
Trade-offs
- No published pricing of any kind, so a cost comparison needs a sales cycle before it can start
- The product page leads with freight and platform capability, which suits importers more than a merchant who only needs pick and pack
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Billing terms: Not recorded
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
ShipBob is a Shopify Fulfillment Network partner and one of the more widely referenced names in Shopify fulfillment. Shopify's own partner description records more than 60 fulfillment centers worldwide behind a single software layer.
The pricing page is explicit that quotes are customized and equally explicit about what the standard fees cover: implementation, receiving inventory, warehousing products, and picking, packing and shipping each order. ShipBob states that the dashboard software and all turnkey integrations are free to customers, so the negotiated number describes warehouse work rather than a licence.
Documented capabilities include shipping to more than 250 destinations, fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe, negotiated rates with UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, and on-site support staff at each facility.
ShipBob also appears on the StatWharf ecommerce fulfillment companies comparison.
Potential strengths
- Shopify describes ShipBob as operating more than 60 fulfillment centers globally, which gives inventory placement room without changing provider
- Merchants can ship in their own branded boxes, mailers and inserts, paying only to store them
Trade-offs
- The pricing page collects a contact form rather than publishing rates, so the cost per order is unknown before a call
- Kitting, B2B and EDI work, and international shipping all sit outside the standard quote and are priced separately
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Custom quote covering implementation, receiving, storage and per-order fulfillment, with named services billed separately
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026

Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment sits inside Amazon Supply Chain Services and fulfills orders placed outside the Amazon store, including Shopify orders. It is a Shopify Fulfillment Network partner, and the draw is a single inventory pool serving Amazon, a Shopify storefront and social channels at once.
It is the only provider on this page with a public rate card. Fulfillment fees are per unit and vary by product size, shipping weight, units per order and delivery speed, and a downloadable rate card and a bulk fee calculator both sit on the pricing page. The visible costs around that base fee matter as much as the fee. A 3.5 percent fuel and logistics surcharge applies in the US, peak holiday fees run from 15 October 2026 to 14 January 2027, and remote area surcharges reach 100 percent for standard size items and 200 percent for oversize.
Amazon documents standard delivery in three business days, expedited in two, and coverage across eleven countries, with custom pricing available for high-volume shippers.
Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment also appears on the StatWharf ecommerce fulfillment companies comparison.
Potential strengths
- Stated delivery of three business days on Standard and two on Expedited across an eleven-country network
- Several named discount programs are published rather than negotiated: 25 percent off the first 100 units for new sellers, up to 15 percent under MCF Preferred Pricing with up to a $1 FBA credit per unit, and 35 percent off US TikTok Shop orders for twelve months
Trade-offs
- Surcharges stack: the 3.5 percent fuel and logistics charge, peak holiday fees and remote area surcharges are each applied on top of the base fee
- Orders arrive in Amazon's network under Amazon's packaging conventions, which limits the branded unboxing several other providers here sell
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Per-unit fulfillment fee by size tier, weight and speed, plus monthly inventory storage and stated surcharges

Bigblue is a European fulfilment platform and a Shopify Fulfillment Network partner. Shopify's partner description records nine EU warehouses, and the Bigblue pricing page names warehouses in France, Spain and the United Kingdom.
The pricing page publishes three subscription tiers. Starter at £49 a month covers optimised carrier selection, two basic integrations and two users. The Bigblue plan at £149 adds bundles, custom unboxing, one premium integration and five users. Advanced is a custom offer shown at £300 a month on a three-year commitment, with omnichannel handling, smart reports and fifteen users. Each tier has a lower rate attached to a three-year commitment. These figures cover the platform, not the fulfilment work itself.
The documented feature set is weighted toward the buyer experience: custom unboxing with the merchant's own packaging and inserts, gift notes printed on the delivery note, address validation, satisfaction emails, and a pickup point map that can be placed in a Shopify Plus checkout. Lot management with FEFO stock handling and B2B order preparation are on the upper tiers.
Potential strengths
- Published subscription tiers, which is unusual among the fulfilment providers on this page
- Branded unboxing, gift notes printed on the delivery note and smart address validation are documented features rather than bespoke requests
Trade-offs
- The published figures cover the platform subscription only; the per-order fulfilment cost still needs a quote
- The lower rates require a three-year commitment, which is a long tie-in for a merchant testing a new fulfilment partner
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly platform subscription with a discounted three-year commitment rate, charged in addition to fulfilment fees

DHL Fulfillment Network is DHL Supply Chain's fulfilment service for online retailers and a Shopify Fulfillment Network partner. DHL positions it as bringing a large-retailer supply chain within reach of small and medium ecommerce businesses.
A dedicated DHL page covers the Shopify case. It describes integration through standard APIs, order capture in Shopify followed by fulfilment by DHL as the 3PL, and returns handled in the same service.
On commercial terms, the DHL solutions page states pay-per-order pricing with digital dashboards for cost control and free implementation at any of its sites. Shopify's partner listing adds the practical qualifier: the service starts from 3,000 orders a month. DHL also documents a network of final-mile transport partners integrated behind one tracking system, so the merchant selects a service level rather than a carrier, and MySupplyChain dashboards covering inbound quality, outbound volumes and stock levels.
Potential strengths
- Shopify integration is through standard APIs and is documented on a dedicated DHL page, with returns handling covered in the same service
- MySupplyChain dashboards are documented for inbound quality, outbound volumes and stock levels
Trade-offs
- The stated entry point of 3,000 orders a month rules out smaller Shopify merchants
- Pricing is quoted with no published figure, so cost modelling depends entirely on the sales conversation
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Billing terms: Pay-per-order pricing, quoted after a request; implementation stated as free
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
GoBolt is a North American 3PL and a Shopify Fulfillment Network partner. Its distinguishing feature is that it delivers the parcels itself rather than handing them to a national carrier, which is why its own materials cover fulfillment and last mile as one service.
The company states that it serves shippers with over 3,000 monthly orders and operates twelve strategically located warehouses across North America. It documents frictionless United States and Canada cross-border expansion, infrastructure sized for ten times growth without rebuilding, and predictable invoicing.
Sustainability is a stated part of the offer rather than a footnote. GoBolt describes carbon-neutral deliveries achieved by prioritising electric vehicles and sequestering equivalent emissions where an electric vehicle is not used, and several of its published customer accounts name that as the reason for selection.
Potential strengths
- Fulfillment and final-mile delivery come from one vendor, which removes a handoff between 3PL and carrier
- Twelve warehouses across North America with documented US and Canada cross-border handling
Trade-offs
- The stated floor of over 3,000 monthly orders excludes smaller Shopify stores
- No published rates and no worked example, so the claim of costs below current carrier rates cannot be checked before a quote
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Not recorded
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Mayple Global is a cross-border fulfillment platform and a Shopify Fulfillment Network partner. Its model differs from the regional warehouse networks elsewhere on this page: inventory sits in one centralised hub in a free trade zone and flies direct to each destination market already cleared through customs.
The published numbers describe that route. Mayple states an average of 3.5 days from checkout to doorstep, delivery to more than 80 countries, and order deliverability above 99 percent. Duties are calculated and collected at checkout rather than at the door. The site carries a worked example for a one-pound skincare order to Sydney, showing $36.67 and five to ten days on a legacy carrier against $13.50 and 3.5 days through Mayple.
Delivery runs on named partners including Emirates Courier Express, DHL and FedEx, over high-frequency air corridors out of Dubai. Activation and daily operation happen inside the Shopify admin, and merchants see inventory, order status and transit times there.
Potential strengths
- Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the buyer is not asked for money at the door
- A published average of 3.5 days from checkout to doorstep and a stated deliverability rate above 99 percent
Trade-offs
- A single hub is a single point of failure, which matters more as order volume rises
- The service covers cross-border orders; domestic fulfillment still needs another provider or the merchant's own warehouse
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Billing terms: Not recorded
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026

Cahoot runs a peer-to-peer fulfillment network. Instead of leasing warehouse space, it certifies ecommerce merchants with spare capacity to fulfill orders for other merchants, and states that this is what lets it price below traditional third-party logistics providers.
The documented scale is over 100 shipping facilities across the United States, each with dedicated bins per SKU and barcode scan verification. Cahoot states same-day fulfillment until 2pm, weekend fulfillment and nationwide one-day and two-day coverage, and that the network supports Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, whose service levels it describes as the most demanding in the category. Turnkey integrations cover Shopify alongside Amazon, Walmart, eBay and BigCommerce.
Pricing is built from data rather than a list. Cahoot asks for a representative sample of historical shipping, inventory and demand figures, establishes a baseline and returns a proposal naming only the components that apply. It identifies three of them: software and platform, parcel shipping and freight, and the fulfillment services selected. Its published savings table is labelled illustrative.
Potential strengths
- Documented same-day fulfillment until 2pm, weekend fulfillment and nationwide one-day and two-day coverage
- Merchants can join the network as fulfillment partners themselves and offset cost in kind, which no other provider here offers
Trade-offs
- Orders are handled by several different merchant warehouses, so operational consistency depends on Cahoot's certification rather than one operator
- The stated 30 percent average cost advantage is a vendor claim with no published methodology
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Custom proposal covering platform, parcel and freight, and fulfillment components
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Simpl Fulfillment is an Austin third-party logistics provider built specifically around Shopify and Shopify Plus, and it is the only provider on this page publishing a flat per-order rate.
That rate starts at $7 an order, set by weight. Simpl states it covers up to three picks, postage through UPS, USPS or FedEx, the pick and pack work and the packaging, with no setup, onboarding or receiving fee. Storage is billed separately according to the space used, whether small bin, large bin, shelf or pallet.
The Shopify integration is documented in detail: orders sync with line items, addresses, gift messages, custom attributes and tags; inventory writes back to the Shopify location after every receive, pick, adjustment, return and cycle count; tracking posts back so Shopify sends its own branded confirmation email; and returns sync both ways. Simpl states same-day shipping for orders received before 12pm CT and 99.99 percent pick accuracy, with its own errors corrected at its cost.
Potential strengths
- Postage, packaging and three picks sit inside the published rate, so a merchant can model cost per order before contacting sales
- Stated same-day shipping for orders received before 12pm CT, and pick errors corrected at Simpl's own cost
Trade-offs
- A single Austin facility means no regional inventory placement, so transit times to the coasts depend on carrier zones
- The flat rate is a floor, not a ceiling: heavier orders price higher and the published figure is the starting point
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Flat per-order fee set by weight, with storage billed separately by space used
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026

Huboo is a Bristol-based fulfilment provider covering the United Kingdom and the European Union, and it is direct about why a Shopify merchant would come to it. Its Shopify page states that Shopify Fulfillment Network is available only to US sellers meeting specific criteria, and that UK or European brands need a 3PL such as Huboo or must ship themselves.
The operating model is the micro-hub. Huboo divides each warehouse into small hubs, which it states lets it pick more orders per hour than a conventional layout. The published figures are 99.9 percent verified picking accuracy, more than 35 sales channel integrations, four warehouses across the UK and European Union, and over 60 percent of clients using the Shopify connection.
On cost, the pricing page names a starting point of £1,500 a month and then publishes the structure rather than the rates: fulfilment including courier shipping, packaging, storage, a subscription covering the software, and extra services. Huboo states it cannot take extra large, temperature-controlled or perishable goods.
Potential strengths
- Huboo states that over 60 percent of its clients use the Shopify integration, which makes Shopify its most used sales channel
- Fulfilment costs include courier shipping rather than adding postage as a separate line
Trade-offs
- Huboo states it cannot handle extra large items such as fridges, furniture and bicycles, or temperature-controlled and perishable food
- The service suits fast-moving stock: Huboo states products should sell and replenish within two months to use the model well
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly subscription plus fulfilment, packaging, storage and extra service charges, from £1,500 a month
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Shopify Fulfillment Network and a Shopify fulfillment service?
Shopify Fulfillment Network is not a warehouse operator. It is a directory and connection layer inside the Shopify admin that links a store to a vetted third-party logistics provider. Shopify currently lists Flexport, Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment, Bigblue, DHL Fulfillment Network, GoBolt, Mayple Global, ShipBob and Shipfusion. The physical work is done by that partner. Providers such as Cahoot, Simpl Fulfillment and Huboo connect through their own Shopify apps instead.
Which Shopify fulfillment services publish their prices?
Three of the ten here publish figures. Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment publishes a downloadable rate card and a fee calculator covering per-unit fulfillment fees, surcharges and named discount programs. Simpl Fulfillment publishes a flat rate from $7 an order including postage and packaging. Bigblue publishes platform subscription tiers at £49 and £149 a month with a custom Advanced tier. Huboo publishes a £1,500 monthly starting point and the five lines its bill contains. The rest quote.
Is there a minimum order volume for Shopify fulfillment services?
Several providers state one. Shopify's partner listing records DHL Fulfillment Network as starting from 3,000 orders a month, and GoBolt states it works with shippers sending over 3,000 monthly orders. Huboo publishes a £1,500 monthly starting point, which functions as a floor. Simpl Fulfillment states it serves Shopify brands from roughly 50 orders a month upward. Providers that quote without publishing a minimum may still apply one during the sales conversation.
Can a fulfillment service ship in a merchant's own branded packaging?
Most here can, with different terms. ShipBob states merchants may use their own boxes, mailers and inserts and pay only to store them. Bigblue lists custom unboxing with the merchant's own packaging, inserts and tissue paper on its middle and upper plans, plus gift notes printed on the delivery note. Simpl Fulfillment states it handles custom packaging and tape. Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment ships within Amazon's network conventions, which constrains branded presentation.
How do fulfillment providers charge for storage?
Storage is almost always a separate line from the per-order fee. Simpl Fulfillment bills it by space used, in small bins, large bins, shelves or pallets. Amazon charges monthly inventory storage fees based on product type, size tier, time of year and storage utilisation ratio, which rise in the fourth quarter. Huboo names storage as one of five separate elements. Shipfusion bills storage by pallet location with a surcharge for temperature-controlled space.
What does a quote from a Shopify fulfillment service normally include?
The common components are receiving inbound inventory, storage, pick and pack, packaging materials, parcel postage and returns processing. ShipBob names implementation, receiving, warehousing and pick-pack-ship as its standard fees, with kitting, B2B and EDI orders and international shipping quoted separately. Cahoot names three components: the software and platform, parcel shipping and freight, and the fulfillment services used. Value-added work such as kitting or subscription box assembly is usually priced on its own.
Which providers handle international orders for a Shopify store?
Flexport documents DDP and DDU shipping to over 200 countries and integration with Shopify Managed Markets and Passport. Mayple Global is built only for cross-border orders, stating delivery to more than 80 countries with duties collected at checkout. ShipBob documents fulfillment centers in five countries and shipping to over 250 destinations. Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment covers eleven countries. Bigblue and Huboo cover the United Kingdom and European Union; Huboo also lists US fulfilment.
How quickly can a Shopify store go live with one of these services?
The connection is fast and the inventory move is not. Simpl Fulfillment states its Shopify connection takes a couple of clicks from the admin with no developer or CSV upload, and a one to three day receiving turnaround once stock arrives. Flexport states new merchants create a Seller Portal account and link the store in a few clicks. Huboo describes a four-step setup. In every case, the pacing item is shipping inventory into the warehouse.
