Best Moving Company Software (2026): Top 8 Compared
Moving company software runs the work of a household or commercial mover from the first lead to the final payment: lead capture, surveys and inventories, estimates and tariffs, booking, dispatch of crews and trucks, the digital bill of lading, storage billing, invoicing and claims. The eight products below fall into three groups. SmartMoving, Supermove, MoveitPro+, Elromco's MoveBoard and Granot are full operating platforms for movers, with CRM, dispatch, crew apps and payments in one system. Moverbase and Movegistics are moving CRMs that suit smaller operators or sell on a narrower entry point, such as job-based plans or AI survey packs. Yembo is a specialist survey and inventory product that feeds estimates and claims rather than running dispatch. Four of the eight publish list prices; SmartMoving, Supermove, Movegistics and Yembo quote.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.
Moving company software gives a mover one system for the whole life of a job: capturing the lead, building the inventory, pricing the move, booking the date, dispatching crews and trucks, collecting signatures and payment on move day, billing storage and settling claims. Buyers are usually owners, general managers and operations leads at local, long-distance and commercial moving companies who want fewer spreadsheets, faster quotes and a clearer view of profit per job.
The comparison below covers eight products: five full operating platforms for movers, two moving CRMs with narrower or lower-cost entry points, and one specialist AI survey and inventory product. General field service software is not included. Pricing comes from each vendor’s public pricing page, checked on 12 October 2026. Four vendors publish list prices; SmartMoving, Supermove, Movegistics and Yembo quote.
Vendor details and trade-offs
SmartMoving sells an all-in-one moving company platform and CRM, and its pricing page states that more than 2,200 moving company operations use it across residential, commercial, storage, long-distance and military work. The product is built specifically for movers rather than adapted from general field service software.
The Smart Growth plan is aimed at residential movers. It covers lead capture and routing with duplicate detection, built-in call tracking and sales scripts, automated follow-up by SMS and email, and estimates that use tariffs, weight-based pricing and a rate engine. Each estimate can show labour, materials, truck and fuel costs so that profit is visible before the job is booked. A pre-move survey app supports in-home and virtual surveys. On the operations side, the plan includes dispatch and scheduling across branches with double-booking safeguards, a native crew app for time tracking, photos, forms, signatures and on-site payment, descriptive inventory with barcode and QR scanning, and multi-warehouse storage management with automated storage billing. An AI operations assistant, TOB-E, is included.
Smart Pro adds structure for work that does not fit a one-off household move: negotiated rates that carry through to each new job for a customer, one invoice per multi-job project with purchase order and terms, crew skill matching and warehousing. Prices for both plans are given on a demo.
Potential strengths
- Growth plan covers lead management, call tracking, estimates with job profit, surveys, dispatch, crew app, storage and claims
- Smart Pro adds negotiated customer rates, project invoicing, crew skill checks and warehousing at no extra charge
Trade-offs
- No price figures are published for either plan
- Smart Pro was listed as a pre-sale plan on the date checked
- Product reference

- Billing terms: Not recorded

Supermove describes itself as an AI-enabled operating system for moving companies. Its site addresses each part of a moving business separately: owners and executives, sales leadership, operations and IT, finance, and customer experience, with a promise of growing revenue without adding headcount in proportion.
The core platform is split into apps. The office app runs the CRM, scheduling and dispatch. The crew app shows each crew its assigned jobs for the day, records arrival at the origin, takes customers through a digital bill of lading and other documents, and fills in timesheets, while the software calculates job charges such as drive time, materials and tax. An estimator app supports surveys and a storage app covers storage customers. Supermove also lists payments, accounting for movers, reporting and a commercial moving product.
The distinctive element is the AI stack. Supermove groups it into workforce and task automation for data entry, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and CRM updates; conversational AI for call answering, after-hours booking, outbound sales calls and email; and intelligence for call recording and transcription, crew and capacity optimisation, pricing automation and margin tracking. Product pages cover AI voice agents, an AI call centre, an auto-dialer and a sales copilot. A public pricing page existed previously but did not load when checked, so buyers should expect a quote.
Potential strengths
- Separate apps for office staff, crews, estimators and storage share one record of each move
- Crew app walks customers through a digital bill of lading and calculates drive time, materials and tax
Trade-offs
- No published pricing
- AI products are presented as a separate layer, so the scope of a quote needs checking
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Billing terms: Custom quote
- Source review: checked Oct 12, 2026

MoveitPro+ is moving company software from a vendor that states more than 15 years in moving software and more than 1,500 moving companies served. The site presents the product as built by movers, and the current version, MoveitPro+, is positioned around CRM, AI call intelligence, analytics and automation.
The feature set covers lead capture and CRM with automated follow-up, estimating with templates and defaults, AI-assisted scheduling and dispatch, live analytics dashboards that track more than 100 metrics, call tracking and recording, digital bills of lading and signatures, storage management, claims and compliance tools aimed at DOT requirements, multi-branch support and a customer portal. The vendor lists same-day training and migration in as little as one day.
The pricing model is the main distinction in this group. MoveitPro+ publishes its prices and states that it does not gate features behind tiers: every plan includes the full platform, and price varies only with the agreement term, the number of office users and branches, and how many crew foremen or drivers need the Pro mobile app with GPS tracking, offline mode and full bill of lading. Office users get the Pro app free. The trade-off is commitment, since every option is a 12-, 24- or 36-month agreement.
Potential strengths
- Pricing page includes a calculator that shows the monthly and up-front total
- Unlimited crew members can view schedules and hours at no charge, and migration is listed as complimentary
Trade-offs
- Requires a 12- to 36-month agreement
- AI token usage and the wall board are usage-based extras outside the plan price
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: 12-, 24- or 36-month agreement, billed monthly or prepaid in full for a 15% discount

Elromco sells MoveBoard, moving company software priced on its own website with two plans. The pricing page states that both plans contain every screen of the product, that there is no setup fee and no contract, and that crew members never count as paid seats.
The page lists 32 features. Sales tools include orders and leads with lead scoring, accounts for realtors, builders and repeat customers, a pricing engine for rates, crews, fuel and minimums, online quotes and forms, online booking with deposit, and long-distance pricing by tariff, cubic feet and pounds with delivery windows. Communication tools attach texts, recorded calls and Google or Microsoft mailboxes to each order, with automated workflows and tasks. Operations cover the calendar, drag-and-drop dispatch, a mover's portal with an electronic bill of lading signed and paid on the crew's phone, a trip planner for loads and driver settlements, storage units and recurring storage bills, box deliveries, payroll with commissions and tips, and claims. MoveBoard also includes a customer portal, a job tracker and white labelling.
AI features include Ed, an assistant for questions about the business, an AI receptionist that answers the phone, prices the move and creates the lead, and an AI inventory built from customer photos. Enterprise adds unlimited office users, multi-branch management, advanced reporting, custom integrations, API access and priority support.
Potential strengths
- Onboarding, training, unlimited support and data migration are listed as free on both plans
- Pricing page publishes a comparison with other vendors' prices
Trade-offs
- Card processing requires the company's own Authorize.net account
- API access and custom integrations are limited to Enterprise
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly; no contract

Granot has developed moving software since 1994 and sells a web-based platform for moving companies. Its site emphasises letting a mover operate outside office hours, through online booking and chat, and handling the paperwork of long-distance and subcontracted moves.
Granot's pricing page breaks the product into modules. Lead management receives leads from lead providers, rotates them among staff, sends automatic replies and asks customers to fill in their inventory. Estimate management prices local and long-distance moves with a room-by-room inventory, item conditions and handling surcharges, accessorial services, packing materials, valuation such as full value protection, walk-ups, permits, shuttles, fuel surcharges, travel time and storage. Operation management updates the job from the field, creates the bill of lading and calculates crew hours and wages. Affiliate management covers deliveries handed to subcontractors and tracks the financial balances between companies.
Other features include paperless documents and e-signature on mobile devices, two-way texting, online chat, uBook for customer self-booking, recurring storage billing and an API for lead submission. Movers Arena is Granot's shared truckload board for high-volume less-than-truckload shippers, connecting moving companies, carriers, truck owners, agents and brokers. The Enterprise plan adds storage, payroll and claims management.
Potential strengths
- Estimate management covers local and long-distance moves, accessorials, valuation, shuttles, permits and fuel surcharges
- Additional entities let one account run several companies with separate names, DOT numbers or licences
Trade-offs
- Storage management, payroll and claims require the Enterprise plan
- The pricing page does not state contract length or onboarding terms
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly charge

Moverbase is a cloud-based CRM for moving companies that runs in a browser on computers, tablets and phones, with iOS and Android apps. It positions itself on ease of use and low entry cost, offering a free account, free training and free support, and states that plans can be cancelled or downgraded at any time without charge.
Every plan includes the same core features: a scheduling system with Google Calendar sync, client, job, staff and truck managers, a job price estimator, inventory and supplies estimators, e-signature, document digitising, an activity log, reports and an embedded quote form for the company's website. Moverbase highlights scheduling views, job readiness and status indicators, staff availability automation, and financial, payroll and performance reports. Automation features include automatically filled documents, automated emails to prospects and clients, invoices with payment collection and receipts, and on-location card payments.
The pricing model is unusual for the category. Instead of charging per user or per truck, Moverbase charges by the number of quotes or jobs handled each month, with unlimited users on every plan and per-job overage fees above the allowance. A company running a handful of moves a month can start free, while a busier operator moves to Fleet or Unlimited. Moverbase also integrates with more than 400 applications through Zapier.
Potential strengths
- Integrates with QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Stripe, Square, Braintree and PayPal, Zapier and more than 15 lead providers
- Includes free e-signature and fill-and-sign digitising of documents such as the bill of lading
Trade-offs
- Low job allowances on Free and Mover Pro make per-job overage charges likely in busy months
- Lists fewer dispatch, storage and claims tools than the full operating platforms on this page
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly; plans can be cancelled or downgraded at any time
- Source review: checked Oct 12, 2026

Movegistics sells an all-in-one moving CRM with AI-powered virtual surveys. Its pricing page leads with the survey product: a mover texts the customer a secure, branded link, the customer records a short walkthrough of the home in a browser with no app download or video call, and the AI returns a cube sheet that can be pushed to Movegistics, HubSpot or another CRM.
The features page describes the inventory as room by room, with cubic footage, carton projections and automatic flags for items such as pianos, pool tables and fragile artwork. The same workflow can be run by an estimator walking the home. A move-day audit compares the original quote with the final truck load and produces a timestamped comparison to support change orders.
The Full CRM tier adds lead capture from websites and third-party sources with assignment and automated follow-up, affiliate partner tracking, estimate automation with deposits, drag-and-drop dispatching with calendar and availability views, a crew mobile app, resource management and payroll, invoicing and payments with QuickBooks, sales and marketing automation, QR code inventories and a 2D warehouse view. The crew app on iPhone and Android covers job calendars, pre-existing damage photos, valuation upsells, digital signatures and clock-in and clock-out for billable and non-billable activities. Both tiers are month to month, and prices are given on request.
Potential strengths
- Survey packs let a company adopt AI surveys without replacing its CRM, with export to HubSpot or other CRMs
- Full CRM includes QR code inventories, a 2D warehouse view, payroll and QuickBooks invoicing
Trade-offs
- No price figures are published for survey packs or the Full CRM
- Survey credits are sold in monthly packs with a 30-day expiration

- Billing terms: Month-to-month, 30-day expiration

Yembo is a spatial intelligence company whose moving product replaces the in-home survey with a smartphone video. Its site states that it holds 10 granted AI patents and is deployed in more than 40 countries, and it also sells the same technology for property claims and underwriting.
For movers, Yembo's argument is that the survey is the bottleneck of every move because it has always needed a person on site. Its AI processes a video walkthrough into a priced, numbered visual inventory, so a company can survey every lead rather than rationing surveyors. Yembo offers four survey methods, from an AI self-survey, in which the customer opens a link and records each room in a phone browser, to a Smart Consult video call in which the inventory builds while the customer is on the line, to surveys that Yembo runs on the mover's behalf. Each method produces the same visual inventory. A teleprompter feature prompts the surveyor with follow-up questions during the call.
Downstream, the inventory prices estimates for local, intrastate, interstate, domestic and international shipments, and the same record supports claims through guided digital filing, AI-sourced replacements and a single review screen. Yembo publishes a case study from Imlach Group stating that its surveyors moved from two or three surveys a day to eight to ten. Yembo is sold by demo.
Potential strengths
- Estimates cover local, intrastate, interstate, domestic and international shipments
- Includes a guided digital claims process and vehicle transport through SYCN Auto Logistics
Trade-offs
- Does not run dispatch, crews or invoicing, so it sits alongside a moving CRM
- No published pricing
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Billing terms: Custom quote
- Source review: checked Oct 12, 2026

Frequently asked questions
What is moving company software?
Moving company software runs the commercial and operational work of a moving business in one system. It typically captures leads, records the customer's inventory through an in-home or video survey, prices the move by hours, weight, volume or tariff, books the job, dispatches crews and trucks, puts the bill of lading on the crew's phone for signature and payment, bills storage and manages claims.
How much does moving company software cost?
Four of the eight products on this page publish prices. Moverbase has a free plan and paid plans from $29 to $299 per month by job volume. Elromco's MoveBoard is $289 or $399 per month, Granot is $325 or $495 per month, and MoveitPro+ is $310 to $449 per month depending on agreement term and prepayment. SmartMoving, Supermove, Movegistics and Yembo quote.
Which moving software prices by user, by truck or by job?
MoveitPro+ charges for office users and branches, with free view-only crew logins and a paid crew field app. MoveBoard includes unlimited crew and charges by plan, with office users capped on Professional. SmartMoving bundles office users and Crew App licences into each plan. Granot caps employees per plan, and Moverbase charges by quotes or jobs per month with unlimited users.
Do moving companies need a long contract?
It depends on the vendor. MoveitPro+ sells 12-, 24- and 36-month agreements, with a 15% discount for paying the full term up front. Elromco states no contract for MoveBoard, Moverbase states that plans can be cancelled or downgraded at any time, and Movegistics sells month-to-month packs. The other vendors do not publish their contract terms.
What is an AI video survey for movers?
An AI video survey replaces the in-home estimator visit. The customer, or a sales rep, records each room on a smartphone, and software identifies the furniture and items, calculates cubic footage and packing materials and produces an inventory for the estimate. Yembo and Movegistics sell AI video surveys, and MoveBoard lists an AI inventory built from customer photos.
Which products suit long-distance and interstate movers?
Several products on this page publish long-distance features. Granot prices long-distance moves with valuation, shuttles and fuel surcharges and adds affiliate management and the Movers Arena load board. MoveBoard lists tariffs, cubic feet, pounds, delivery windows and a trip planner for driver settlements. SmartMoving lists tariffs and weight-based estimating, and Yembo prices interstate and international shipments.
Is general field service software a substitute for moving software?
General field service platforms handle booking, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing, but moving companies also need inventories, cubic footage and weight pricing, tariffs, valuation, the bill of lading, storage billing and claims. The products on this page are built for movers, which is why general field service platforms were not included in this comparison.
