Best Contact Center Analytics Software (2026): Top 9 Compared
The nine products below turn recorded calls, chats and emails into data a contact center can act on. Three groups appear. Enterprise speech and interaction analytics suites (CallMiner, Verint, Medallia) analyse every interaction for root causes, compliance and customer experience trends. Quality and coaching tools (Scorebuddy, Enthu.AI, MaestroQA) start from the QA scorecard and add AI scoring on top. Specialists apply the same analysis to one problem: Invoca to marketing-driven inbound calls, Authenticx to healthcare and Capacity to support automation. Only Enthu.AI publishes list prices. Scorebuddy, Invoca and Capacity publish plan structures, and the rest quote after a sales call.

Contact center analytics software analyses customer conversations at scale. It transcribes calls, reads chats and emails, and reports what customers ask about, how agents handle them and where compliance breaks. Leaders use the output for coaching, root-cause fixes and quality scoring, often across every interaction rather than a small sample.
The market splits three ways. Enterprise speech and interaction analytics suites serve large operations and sell through quotes. QA-led tools start from the scorecard and add AI scoring, and some publish plans or prices. Specialists apply conversation analytics to a single problem, such as tying calls to marketing spend or monitoring healthcare conversations. This comparison covers nine products across those groups, with pricing and plan details read from each vendor’s own pages.
Vendor details and trade-offs
CallMiner describes its product as a customer experience automation platform built on conversation intelligence. It captures interactions from calls, emails, texts and surveys, then applies AI to categorise them, score them and tag transcripts with sentiment and emotion. Root-cause analysis and journey mapping sit in the analytics layer.
The suite is sold as modules. Analyze and Visualize cover discovery and reporting. Coach handles automated scoring and agent feedback. RealTime gives agents next-best-action guidance during a call. Frequently asked questions
What is contact center analytics software?
Contact center analytics software turns recorded calls, chats and emails into structured data. It transcribes voice, detects topics, sentiment and compliance events, and reports trends by agent, team and queue. Many products also score interactions automatically for quality assurance and feed the results into coaching. The category overlaps with speech analytics, conversation intelligence and automated QA.
How is speech analytics different from contact center analytics?
Speech analytics is one part of contact center analytics. It covers the transcription and analysis of voice calls. Contact center analytics can also include chat, email and survey data, QA scores and operational metrics such as handle time and repeat contacts. CallMiner, Verint and Medallia sell speech analytics inside broader platforms.
Which contact center analytics tools publish prices?
As of September 2026, Enthu.AI is the only vendor on this page with list prices: $59 per agent per month on its Growth plan for up to 25 voice agents, and $500 or $1,499 a month for its manual QA tiers. Scorebuddy, Capacity and Invoca publish plan contents and pricing models but not prices. The other vendors quote after a sales call.
What does automated QA mean in a contact center?
Automated QA uses AI to score calls and chats against a scorecard instead of relying on a reviewer to sample a few interactions. It lets a team score close to 100% of interactions. Scorebuddy, Enthu.AI, Capacity, MaestroQA and CallMiner document automated scoring. Buyers should ask how the AI score is calibrated against human reviewers.
How is AI analysis usually charged?
Charging varies. Scorebuddy sells AI scores and transcription as credits consumed per interaction, with a monthly allowance on its Accelerate and Elite packages. Capacity prices conversation intelligence and AQA per hour of agent time. Enthu.AI includes 60 hours per agent per month on its Growth plan. Enterprise suites usually quote the analytics module as part of a larger contract.
Does contact center analytics software work with any phone system?
Not automatically. The analytics tool needs recordings and chat transcripts from the contact center platform. Scorebuddy names connectors for Genesys, Amazon Connect, NiCE CXone, Five9, Talkdesk and Dixa. Enthu.AI lists 30 or more integrations. Buyers should confirm a documented connector for the platform they use before signing.
Can these tools help with compliance?
Several products detect compliance events. Verint states it can analyse up to 100% of calls for non-compliance, Medallia scores script compliance, and Authenticx detects healthcare safety and compliance risks. Enthu.AI and Invoca redact personal and payment data from recordings and transcripts. Detection supports a compliance program but does not replace legal review.
How was this list compiled?
StatWharf Editorial selected vendors that document contact center analytics, speech analytics or automated QA on their own sites, and read each vendor's product and pricing pages in September 2026. Vendors with the same product set on StatWharf's AI contact center and AI call center pages are left to those pages. No product was tested hands-on, and no vendor confirmed its entry.
