Best B2B Order Management Software Platforms (2026): Top 10 Compared
B2B order management software takes the orders that business customers send a manufacturer, brand or distributor and turns them into clean records in the seller's ERP or accounting system. The hard part is the intake. Wholesale orders arrive by email, PDF purchase order, EDI, voicemail, sales rep app and customer portal, often with account-specific prices and payment terms. The ten platforms below split by where they start. OrderEase and Pipe17 sit between channels and back-office systems. Conexiom and Choco read unstructured orders with AI. Orderful handles EDI orders from retail trading partners. Onsight, inSitu Sales, SimplyDepo and Orderwerks give field reps an ordering app with a customer portal beside it. Orderchamp Cloud is a self-serve B2B portal for brands. Seven of the ten publish a price. How entries are ordered.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.
B2B order management software takes the orders that retailers, restaurants, contractors and other business customers send a supplier and turns them into accurate records in the supplier’s ERP or accounting system. The work sits between the channel an order arrives through and the system that invoices and ships it.
The ten platforms compared here share that goal and differ by the channel they start from. OrderEase and Pipe17 connect many channels to the back office. Conexiom and Choco read unstructured orders with AI. Orderful handles EDI purchase orders. Onsight, inSitu Sales, SimplyDepo and Orderwerks start from the field rep’s app, and Orderchamp Cloud starts from the buyer’s self-serve portal.
Every entry was checked against the vendor’s own pages in September 2026. Seven of the ten vendors publish a price, and the page reports each in the vendor’s own unit rather than converting it.
Vendor details and trade-offs
OrderEase
mid-marketOrderEase is a B2B order management platform built for suppliers, distributors and manufacturers. Its pricing page describes three parts of the product: order capture, order management and integrations.
Order capture takes in orders from email, EDI, sales reps, B2B portals and ecommerce sites. Order management applies the seller's workflows and pricing rules. The integration layer keeps the ERP, ecommerce and marketplace systems in sync so that each order lands in the back office without re-keying.
The commercial model is the main point of difference. OrderEase states that it prices on operational complexity rather than seats or licences: the number of systems connected, how structured the order process needs to be, and the number of order sources. The base plan includes unlimited users and logins, which suits a seller with many buyers and reps and a single operations team.
The published starting price is $17 per day. Advanced setup for EDI, ERP integration or complex workflows is sold as fixed-price implementation packages, and basic onboarding is included. The pricing page lists outcome figures such as 24 times faster order processing and a 30 per cent operational cost reduction. These are vendor claims, and the page does not publish the method behind them.
Potential strengths
- Covers portal, ecommerce, marketplace, EDI and rep orders in one system
- Publishes a starting price and states that users and logins are unlimited
Trade-offs
- The $17 a day figure covers core automation only; EDI and ERP work is priced as separate packages
- The outcome figures on the pricing page, such as 24 times faster order processing, are vendor claims with no published method
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Daily rate quoted as a starting price; implementation packages priced separately
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Conexiom
enterpriseConexiom sells order automation to manufacturers and distributors. Its current product, Conexiom Relay, turns unstructured documents into data an ERP can accept, and the company states that it processes more than 1.5 billion line items a year.
The scope is wider than sales orders. Conexiom lists RFQs, purchase orders, vendor order acknowledgements and invoices as the documents it automates. That covers both the customer side, where orders come in, and the supplier side, where acknowledgements and invoices go back to the ERP.
The product is built around the problem that most B2B customers still order by email and attachment. Rather than asking buyers to adopt a portal, Conexiom reads the orders they already send and maps them to the seller's ERP, which it says works with more than 40 ERP systems.
Conexiom addresses AI verification directly. Playbook captures the rules a team applies to orders, and Conexiom Assist is presented as a way to control the AI within those rules and confirm that it executed as expected. The company also states that its models draw on more than 15 years of order data. These statements describe the vendor's design and are not independently measured. No price is published.
Potential strengths
- Handles orders in the formats customers already send, without asking buyers to change how they order
- Playbook and Conexiom Assist let a team set rules for the AI and check its output
Trade-offs
- No price or contract term is published
- Does not provide a buyer portal or rep app; it automates documents that arrive by other channels
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Billing terms: Quoted contract; no public billing terms
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Choco
specialistChoco is an ordering and growth platform for food and beverage distributors. It sells an AI-led product set to the distributor side.
The core product is OrderAgent. Choco states that it captures orders sent by voicemail, email, text message and handwritten note, and feeds them into the distributor's ERP without manual entry. This reflects how restaurant buyers order in practice: late at night, by phone or message, with short and informal wording.
Around the intake sit three more products. Choco eCommerce is a storefront with personal product recommendations. Sales Hub tells reps which customers to call and what to offer. Customer Hub is a foodservice CRM that tracks customer value and flags churn. The company claims 30,000 distributors and more than one million orders processed each month on the platform, and a 20 per cent larger average order size. These are vendor figures.
ERP connection is presented as a service. Choco states that its specialists connect to each distributor's exact ERP setup, and that its team is on site at launch.
Pricing is a monthly fee based on usage, quoted by sales. No figure is published.
Potential strengths
- Reads the channels restaurants actually use, including voicemail and handwritten notes
- Sales Hub and Customer Hub add rep guidance and churn detection on the same data
Trade-offs
- Scope is food and beverage distribution; other wholesale sectors are not addressed
- No figure is published, only that the fee depends on usage
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly fee based on usage
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Orderful
mid-marketOrderful is an EDI platform. For a B2B seller, EDI is the channel through which large retailers, grocers and distributors send purchase orders and expect acknowledgements, advance ship notices and invoices in return.
The product is API-first. Orderful exposes a RESTful API for EDI, so an internal system can send and receive order documents as structured data rather than as raw EDI files. It supports the X12 and EDIFACT standards and the AS2, SFTP, FTP and VAN connection methods, and it handles files larger than 50 MB.
The main point of difference is validation. Orderful states that each transaction is validated in real time and that it returns 997, 999 and TA1 acknowledgements. Chargebacks from retailers often follow a malformed document, so a seller sees an error before the partner does.
The price table is public. A supplier new to EDI can use webforms at $189 per month per trading partner. The integrated plan starts at $399 per month and adds the API and system-of-record connectors. Enterprise plans for more than 20 partners are quoted and add managed testing and integration services, SSO and role-based access control.
Orderful does not capture email or rep orders. It sits beside an order hub or ERP as the EDI channel.
Potential strengths
- Publishes a full price table, including a per-partner web option for small suppliers
- Supports X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, FTP and VAN on every plan
Trade-offs
- Covers EDI order flow only; email, rep and portal orders need another product
- The web plan is billed per trading partner, so cost rises with each retailer added
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly; Web EDI billed per trading partner
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Pipe17
mid-marketPipe17 is an order operations platform for brands, 3PLs and technology providers. It connects sales channels to fulfilment and back-office systems and automates the order flows between them.
The B2B case is a brand that grew up selling direct to consumers and then added wholesale. Pipe17's own guide to B2B order management describes the difference: wholesale orders arrive as purchase orders with future delivery windows, carry account-specific price lists and net terms, and ship in cases and pallets under retailer compliance rules. Both channels draw on the same stock, so the order layer has to understand both.
The product covers connectivity and order management. Sales channels include storefronts, marketplaces, POS systems and EDI. Fulfilment channels include 3PLs and warehouse systems, and back-office connections include ERPs, accounting software and data lakes. Prebuilt flows handle order-to-fulfilment routing, channel-specific order holds, bundles and kits, transfer orders, RMAs and settlement report reconciliation.
Pricing is based on order volume, connections, flows and sub-accounts. Configuration is a one-time charge scoped to the connections and flows, and developer, solutions and enterprise support packages are sold separately. No figure is published.
Potential strengths
- Connector catalogue spans storefronts, marketplaces, POS, EDI, 3PLs, returns platforms and ERPs
- Handles purchase orders, transfer orders, RMAs and settlement reconciliation
Trade-offs
- No figure is published and configuration carries a separate one-time charge
- Provides no buyer portal or rep ordering app of its own
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Subscription quoted by volume and scope; one-time configuration charge
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Onsight
smbOnsight is a mobile sales app for wholesalers, brands and distributors whose reps sell in person. The product combines a product catalogue, sales order entry and customer records in one app that works offline.
The catalogue supports bulk import, links to videos and brochures, hidden prices and a custom sort order. The Business plan adds product packs, minimum and maximum order quantities and a PDF catalogue. Reps create sales orders and drafts, scan barcodes and send order emails, and stock levels update automatically.
The Business plan also adds customer self-ordering, full customer order history, per-customer pricing, GPS check-ins and company-wide sales reports. A larger custom plan adds customer-specific order templates, scheduled delivery days and cut-off times, overselling prevention and a minimum order value.
Onsight publishes the limits for each plan. Starter covers up to 1,000 products, 1,000 customers and 500 orders a month. Business covers 5,000 products, 5,000 customers and 1,000 orders a month.
The pricing is public and itemised. Starter is $54 per user per month and Business is $70. Customer logins cost $60 per month plus $1.20 per month, and ERP and accounting connectors cost $29.50 per user per month. A 30-day trial requires no credit card.
Potential strengths
- Full offline support for catalogue, customer records and order writing
- Connectors listed for QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho, NetSuite, SAP Business One and Sage 50
Trade-offs
- Starter caps orders at 500 a month and Business at 1,000
- Per-customer pricing and full order history need the Business plan, and the ERP connector is a per-user add-on
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly per user; add-ons billed monthly
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
inSitu Sales
smbinSitu Sales is a field sales and ordering platform for wholesale distributors. The pricing page frames the product around three workflows: field sales, direct store delivery and B2B ordering.
The Field Sales Rep App covers orders, invoices and payments collected in the field, with analytics and unlimited web users. The B2B ecommerce portal gives wholesale customers self-service ordering, with unlimited admin and customer accounts and back-office integrations.
The Enterprise plan adds the part of the order most other products here leave to another system. A picker app supports warehouse picking and a dispatch app supports delivery, so a distributor that runs its own trucks can move one order from the rep to the customer's door in the same platform. Enterprise also adds a white-label B2B app for iOS and Android.
The price table is published. Starter App and Starter B2B Ecommerce cost $200 per month each, Pro combines the two for $329 and Enterprise costs $429. Each plan includes 3 users, and additional app users cost $34.99 per month. NetSuite and SAP Business One setup is a one-time $500. A 14-day free trial is offered without a credit card, and standard onboarding is included.

- Unlimited admin and customer accounts on the B2B ecommerce plan
Trade-offs
- Only 3 app users are included; each additional user adds $34.99 a month
- NetSuite and SAP Business One integration needs the Enterprise plan and a one-time setup fee
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly subscription in USD; one-time setup for NetSuite and SAP Business One

SimplyDepo
smbSimplyDepo is a field sales platform for consumer packaged goods brands and wholesale distributors. It combines order taking with the store work that CPG reps do on the same visit.
The B2B order module covers order capture and fulfilment tracking, a customer self-service portal, a pricing and promotions engine, and invoice and payment tracking. SimplyDepo states that each customer opens with its own price list, applied automatically at checkout, and that orders sync natively with QuickBooks.
The rest of the product covers the rep's day. Field sales includes a mobile app, CRM, visit tracking and tasks. Retail execution covers photo audits, shelf compliance, planogram and display tracking and merchandising checklists. Route management covers route planning, territories and offline use that syncs on reconnect. The company lists more than 100 integrations, including QuickBooks, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Acumatica and ShipStation.
The price is per rep and falls with team size: $69, $59 and $49 per rep per month on monthly billing, with up to 30 per cent off for yearly payment. The SimplyAI Assistant adds route and visit recommendations for $19 per rep per month. There are no setup fees, onboarding is free and a 30-day trial is offered.
Potential strengths
- Per-rep price falls as the team grows, with no minimum user count
- Native QuickBooks sync and per-account price lists applied at checkout
Trade-offs
- Built around field teams; a seller with no reps pays for features it will not use
- The per-rep tiers do not state the team size at which each applies
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly per rep, or yearly with a discount
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026

Orderwerks
smbOrderwerks is an ordering platform for wholesale sellers, combining an offline mobile sales app for reps with a web portal for the back office. Its pricing page groups features by industry, which is the product's main point of difference.
For wine and spirits, Orderwerks lists automated New York SLA compliance reporting, territory price sheets and route-based direct store delivery. For tobacco, it lists federal tax stamp reporting and regulated pricing and tax. For firearms, it lists FastBound FFL integration and serial number tracking per order. General wholesale distribution features include customer-specific pricing, purchase orders and vendor source management, and manufacturing features include a B2B pricing engine and commission and rep management.
The commercial model separates reps from buyers. The base platform is $60 per user per month, with volume pricing for teams of five or more, and customer accounts are tiered by count rather than charged as user licences. The branded B2B ecommerce portal for customer self-ordering is an add-on priced per setup.
Enroute adds delivery management, with route planning, driver tracking and proof of delivery, for $150 per month plus $25 per driver. Orderwerks states that there are no transaction fees and no percentage of sales, and that the subscription covers unlimited orders. QuickBooks sync is included.
Potential strengths
- Compliance features for wine and spirits, tobacco and firearms are documented by industry
- No transaction fees and no percentage of sales
Trade-offs
- The customer-facing B2B portal is a separately quoted add-on
- Accounting sync is documented for QuickBooks; other ERPs are not listed on the pricing page
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly per user; add-ons billed monthly or per setup
- Source review: checked Sep 23, 2026
- Vendor confirmation: not confirmed
Orderchamp Cloud
smbOrderchamp Cloud is the B2B commerce software of Orderchamp, a wholesale marketplace. It gives a brand its own branded ordering portal and a sales app, rather than a listing on the marketplace.
The portal runs on the brand's own domain with curated B2B logins, customer groups and customer-specific catalogues. Pricing features include customer-specific price lists, volume pricing, quantity and minimum order value rules, promotions and MSRP by country. Buyers can bulk order, reorder and download the catalogue.
Order management covers unlimited manual order creation, quote requests and quote management, order exports and dropshipment. Shipping rules can be set by customer, unit, order value or weight, with split shipments and track and trace. The Fixed plan adds AI Order Convert, which turns incoming orders into portal orders.
The European detail stands out. Orderchamp lists VIES VAT verification, multilingual catalogues with automatic translation, MSRP by country and Peppol support for electronic invoicing.
Pricing is published in two plans. Flex starts at 49 euro per month plus a variable fee, with the portal and a sales app for one user. Fixed starts at 299 euro per month, set by GMV volume with no variable fee, and adds unlimited sales app users and personal onboarding. There are no setup fees and no commissions.
Potential strengths
- Every B2B feature is included in both plans; the plans differ by volume and service
- Customer-specific price lists, volume pricing and quantity and minimum order rules
Trade-offs
- The Flex variable fee is not stated as a figure on the pricing page
- Custom ERP, PIM and WMS integration support comes only with the Fixed plan
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly, or yearly at a 16 per cent discount

Frequently asked questions
What is B2B order management software?
It is software that takes the orders business customers send a manufacturer, brand or distributor and turns them into accurate records in the seller's ERP or accounting system. Unlike retail order management, it handles purchase orders, account-specific price lists, credit terms, case and pallet quantities and retailer compliance. The platforms on this page differ mainly in which order channels they capture: email, EDI, rep apps or customer portals.
How much does B2B order management software cost?
Seven of the ten platforms here publish a price. Published entry points range from Orderchamp Cloud at 49 euro a month plus a variable fee and Onsight at $54 per user a month, to Orderful at $189 a month per EDI trading partner and inSitu Sales at $200 a month for three users. OrderEase starts at $17 a day. Conexiom, Choco and Pipe17 quote after a sales conversation.
How is B2B order management different from ecommerce order management?
Ecommerce order management handles small consumer orders paid at checkout and shipped from stock. B2B orders are larger, often arrive as purchase orders with future delivery dates, carry negotiated prices and net payment terms, and ship in cases or pallets under the buyer's routing rules. Pipe17 describes this split in its own guide and sells a layer that runs both kinds of order from shared inventory.
Which platforms read emailed or PDF purchase orders?
Conexiom and Choco are built for this. Conexiom documents AI that turns orders, RFQs, acknowledgements and invoices into ERP-ready data for more than 40 ERPs. Choco documents AI that captures voicemail, email, text and handwritten orders for food and beverage distributors. OrderEase lists email among its order capture channels, and Orderchamp Cloud's Fixed plan includes AI order conversion.
Does a B2B seller need EDI for orders?
Only if a customer requires it. Large retailers, grocers and many distributors send purchase orders by EDI and expect acknowledgements, ship notices and invoices in return. Orderful is the EDI specialist on this page, with a per-partner web option at $189 a month. OrderEase and Pipe17 list EDI as a connected channel. Sellers whose customers order by email or portal can start without EDI.
Which platforms suit sellers with field sales reps?
Onsight, inSitu Sales, SimplyDepo and Orderwerks each provide an offline rep ordering app with a customer portal. Onsight publishes the most detailed plan limits. inSitu Sales adds picking and dispatch apps for distributors that deliver their own orders. SimplyDepo adds retail execution for CPG reps. Orderwerks adds compliance features for wine and spirits, tobacco and firearms.
What should a buyer check about ERP integration?
Ask which ERP versions have a standard connector, who maintains it after an ERP upgrade, and what it costs. The answers differ here: Onsight charges $29.50 per user a month for connectors, inSitu Sales charges $500 once for NetSuite or SAP Business One setup, and Pipe17 and OrderEase price configuration by the connections and flows involved.
How was this comparison compiled?
Each entry was checked against the vendor's own product and pricing pages in September 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price, the entry says so. Outcome figures such as faster processing or larger orders are reported as vendor claims. No product was tested hands-on, and no vendor has confirmed its entry. Order on the page is not a ranking.
