Best Voice of Customer Analytics Platforms (2026): Top 10 Compared

Updated September 2026By StatWharf Editorial10 vendorsMethodology

The ten platforms below turn customer feedback into themes, sentiment and trends that a team can act on. Three groups appear. Experience management suites (Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment) collect feedback through surveys and other channels and analyse it in the same platform. Feedback analytics specialists (Chattermill, Thematic, Enterpret, Unwrap, Kapiche) analyse feedback that already exists in survey tools, support desks and review sites. SentiSum focuses on support conversations, and Zonka Feedback is a survey platform with an AI analysis add-on. Kapiche is the only vendor here with a public monthly list price. Thematic and Unwrap publish annual starting prices, SentiSum publishes an annual floor and Enterpret lists a contract price on AWS Marketplace. How entries are ordered.

These comparisons draw on public product information, not hands-on testing of every tool. Source records identify available references and checks; missing evidence is marked. Buyer fit is an editorial assessment, not a measured performance score. How to use this research.

Voice of customer (VoC) analytics platforms read what customers say across surveys, support tickets, calls, chats, reviews and social media, and report the themes, sentiment and trends in that feedback. CX, insights and product teams use the output to find the causes of complaints, decide what to fix first and check whether a change improved satisfaction.

The market splits into three groups. Experience management suites collect feedback through their own surveys and analyse it in the same platform, and they sell through quotes. Feedback analytics specialists connect to the survey, support and review tools a company already uses and analyse the text, usually priced by feedback volume rather than by seat. A third group adds AI analysis to a survey platform or a support operation. This comparison covers ten platforms across those groups, with pricing and plan details read from each vendor’s own pages.

Consider forEnterprises that collect feedback through surveys, chat, email and digital behaviour and want AI analysis, customer profiles and action workflows in one platform, as Qualtrics documents
Pricing notesNo public pricing on the Qualtrics customer experience pages. The CX platform is sold through sales with modules for voice of customer, omnichannel experience management, location experience, digital experience analytics, contact center experience analytics and experience agents. Buyers should request a quote that names each module (checked Sep 2026)
Feature to evaluateOne platform that combines survey feedback, contact center conversations and digital behaviour in 360-degree customer profiles

Qualtrics sells customer experience management as one of its main product lines. The platform collects feedback from surveys, chat, email, social channels, digital behaviour and real-time feedback, then combines the signals into 360-degree customer profiles. AI analysis surfaces themes and priorities across large volumes of interactions.

The CX pages list six modules. Voice of Customer captures and analyses feedback across channels. Omnichannel Experience Management connects signals and triggers actions. Location Experience Management gives each branch or store recommended actions. Digital Experience Analytics joins surveys with web and app behaviour. Contact Center Experience Analytics monitors every call, email and chat. Experience Agents are AI agents that act on customer context.

Qualtrics cites ServiceNow as an example customer, with more than 1,700 experience owners using automated workflows. Pricing is by quote.

Potential strengths

  • Covers feedback collection and analysis in the same product
  • Contact center analytics can monitor all calls, emails and chats, per the vendor

Trade-offs

  • No public price for any module
  • The breadth of modules suits large programs more than a single team

Consider forLarge customer and employee experience programs that collect surveys, speech, social and digital feedback and want analytics and case management without per-user fees, as Medallia documents
Pricing notesPriced by Experience Data Record (EDR), defined as all data from one interaction between an end customer or employee and the company. EDR pricing is sold in annual tiers and includes analytics, workflows, unlimited users, security and self-service features. No list prices are published (checked Sep 2026)
Feature to evaluateA single pricing metric that covers text, speech, acoustic and survey analytics instead of separate point products

Medallia Experience Cloud collects customer and employee signals and analyses them in one platform. The pricing page lists surveys, speech, social signals, digital feedback and video feedback as signal types. Analytics include Medallia AI, text analytics, speech analytics, acoustic analytics and survey analytics.

Medallia prices the platform by Experience Data Record. One record holds all the data from a single interaction between a customer or employee and the company. The vendor states that this model does not charge for survey response volume or users, and that analytics, workflows, case management and closed-loop feedback are included. Records are sold in annual tiers.

The platform also covers role-based reporting, automatic alerting, PII detection and redaction, a developer portal and sandboxes. Medallia's speech product also appears on StatWharf's contact center analytics page, where it is compared as a call analytics tool rather than as a full experience platform.

Potential strengths

  • Unlimited users are included in EDR pricing
  • Text, speech, acoustic and survey analytics are part of one platform

Trade-offs

  • No list price for any EDR tier
  • The model suits programs large enough to justify an enterprise platform

Feature to evaluateSmart Summaries and AI responses that shorten analysis and close the loop with individual customers

InMoment is an experience management vendor that states it serves more than 3,000 brands. Its homepage lists the inputs the platform accepts: surveys, calls, chats, ratings and reviews, social media, spend data and usage data, across CX, HR, digital, research and marketing uses.

The platform works in three steps. It collects and connects feedback from any channel. It identifies the main issues with CX-focused AI, including Smart Summaries, which the vendor says reduce analysis time by 75%. It then supports action, including AI-drafted responses that close the loop with individual customers.

InMoment presents expert guidance as part of the offer, with its team helping customers improve their CX program over time. That suits organisations without an in-house CX analytics team. Pricing is by quote.

Potential strengths

Feature to evaluateAnalysis layer that sits on top of an existing CX suite without replacing it

Thematic describes itself as the intelligence layer for an existing CX suite. It takes feedback from surveys, support tickets, call transcripts, chats, app reviews, social media and community channels, and groups it into themes with sentiment. The vendor positions it as an addition to a survey platform, not a replacement.

Every plan includes thematic and sentiment analysis, advanced analysis tools, dashboards and reports, workflows, a summariser and Thematic Answers, a natural-language question interface. API access and one-click integrations are included. Thematic states that it works best with at least 2,000 rows of verbatims.

Includes the Insights Agent, Early Warning Agent, unlimited users, SSO, API access and all integrations. Quality Agent, Automation Agent and MCP server are priced separately (checked Sep 2026)
Feature to evaluateA free audit on the buyer's own conversations before contract, and a walk-away right in the first 90 days

The base annual partnership includes the Insights Agent, which answers plain-English questions about customers, and the Early Warning Agent, which detects anomalies. Unlimited users, SSO, API access, all integrations and dedicated success support are included. The vendor lists EU data residency and SOC 2 Type II.

Enterpret

mid-market
enterpret.com ↗
Consider forProduct and CX teams at software companies that want feedback tied to customer segments, product areas and outcomes such as churn and adoption, as Enterpret documents
Pricing notesNo pricing page on the vendor site. The AWS Marketplace listing shows a 12-month contract at $120,000 for up to 300,000 feedback records a year, with overage at $0.48 per record. A 24-month contract saves up to 15%. Price is set by feedback records, not seats or connectors. Custom and private offers are quoted (checked Sep 2026)
Feature to evaluateA context graph that attaches segment, lifetime value, usage and product area to every feedback signal

Enterpret presents itself as customer intelligence infrastructure. It connects support, sales and market signals and structures them so that product and CX teams, and AI tools, can use them. Its examples centre on questions a software company asks: what precedes churn, what blocks high-value deals and why adoption of a feature is low.

Three parts make up the product. An adaptive taxonomy groups signals into shared themes that change with the product. A context graph attaches segment, lifetime value, lifecycle stage, usage and product area to each signal. An Enterpret MCP server lets teams query feedback from Claude, ChatGPT and internal tools and create tickets and alerts from findings.

Enterpret has no pricing page on its own site. Its AWS Marketplace listing shows a 12-month contract at $120,000 for up to 300,000 feedback records a year, with overage at $0.48 per record and up to 15% off a 24-month term. A feedback record is one ticket, review, survey response or call transcript. The listing states that seats and connectors do not change the price.

Potential strengths

  • A contract price and record allowance are public on AWS Marketplace
  • Connectors and user seats do not change the price, per the listing

  • The listed contract starts at $120,000 a year
  • Focus on product teams fits software companies more than retail or hospitality

Feature to evaluateAI enrichment for eNPS, eCSAT, emotions and reason for contact

Kapiche analyses customer feedback to find themes, sentiment and the drivers of CX metrics. The vendor frames it as turning feedback into revenue opportunities and as moving CX reporting from anecdote to measurement.

The pricing page lists four tiers. Bronze, for small teams, costs $1,060 a month and includes 50,000 rows per project, 10 fields per project, a CX integration, two creator seats, five explorer seats and unlimited viewers. Feature to evaluateFeedback collection and case management in the same tool, with AI analysis added when needed

Zonka Feedback is a customer feedback platform that collects feedback and analyses it. Its Feedback Management product covers omnichannel surveys by email, SMS, WhatsApp, offline kiosks, websites and apps. It measures NPS, CSAT and CES, with targeting and throttling to limit survey fatigue.

Analysis in the base product includes real-time reports and dashboards and comparisons by location, channel and agent. Case management, real-time alerts, digest emails and automated workflows help teams close the loop on individual responses. The pricing page lists more than 20 premium integrations with CRMs and other tools.

AI Feedback Intelligence is a separate add-on. It analyses open-text feedback for sentiment, themes and patterns and presents role-based insights. Pricing for both products is custom and depends on feedback volume and scale. The tool suits teams that need to start collecting feedback and analysing it in one purchase.

How to choose a vendor

Decide whether feedback collection is part of the purchase

A team that still needs to run surveys points to an experience management suite or a survey platform with analytics. A team that already collects surveys, tickets and reviews in other tools points to a feedback analytics specialist that connects to those sources. Buying a suite to analyse data held elsewhere adds cost without adding coverage.

Model the volume unit before comparing quotes

Each vendor meters a different unit. Medallia counts experience data records, Thematic counts comments and datasets, Chattermill counts data credits, Kapiche counts rows per project and SentiSum bands its annual partnership by volume. A buyer should estimate monthly feedback volume by source and ask each vendor to price the same figure.

Ask how the theme model is maintained

Theme and taxonomy quality decides whether the output is trusted. Some vendors tune the taxonomy for the customer, as SentiSum describes, while others give the team tools to edit themes. Ask who updates themes when a product changes and whether each theme links back to the original comments.

Frequently asked questions

What is a voice of customer analytics platform?

A voice of customer analytics platform gathers what customers say in surveys, support tickets, calls, chats, reviews and social posts, and turns it into themes, sentiment and trends. Teams use the output to find the causes of dissatisfaction, prioritise fixes and track whether changes worked. Some platforms also collect the feedback, while others only analyse it.

How is VoC analytics different from a survey tool?

A survey tool collects structured answers and scores such as NPS. A VoC analytics platform analyses unstructured text from surveys and many other sources. Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment and Zonka Feedback do both. Thematic, Chattermill, Enterpret, Unwrap, Kapiche and SentiSum focus on analysis of feedback that is collected elsewhere.

Which voice of customer platforms publish prices?

As of September 2026, Kapiche lists Bronze at $1,060 per month. Thematic lists Foundation from $25,000 per year and Unwrap from $24,000 per year. SentiSum's page states an annual partnership from $100,000, although its title reads $60,000. Enterpret's AWS Marketplace listing shows $120,000 for a 12-month contract. Chattermill publishes plan limits without prices. The other vendors quote after a sales call.

How is VoC analytics usually priced?

Most vendors price by feedback volume rather than by user. Medallia counts experience data records, Thematic counts comments and datasets, Chattermill counts data credits, Kapiche counts rows per project and Unwrap counts monthly feedback volume. Several vendors include unlimited users or avoid seat fees, including Medallia, Chattermill, Enterpret, Unwrap and SentiSum.

Can these platforms analyse support tickets and calls?

Yes, most can. SentiSum reads tickets, calls, chats and bot transcripts. Thematic accepts call transcripts and support chat. Qualtrics and Medallia analyse contact center conversations inside their suites. Buyers should confirm a documented connector to their helpdesk or contact center platform and ask how call audio is transcribed.

How much feedback is needed for useful analysis?

Thematic states that it works best with at least 2,000 rows of verbatims. Kapiche's entry tier covers 50,000 rows per project. A team with a few hundred comments a month may get more value from reading them directly or from a survey tool's built-in text analysis than from a dedicated platform.

Do VoC analytics platforms connect feedback to revenue?

Some do. Enterpret attaches segment, lifetime value and usage to each signal and links issues to churn and expansion. SentiSum assigns a cost to root causes. Thematic's materials show themes joined to account revenue. Buyers should ask which customer and revenue fields each platform can import.
