LinkedIn campaign management software helps B2B advertisers run paid campaigns on LinkedIn: choosing audiences, launching ads, controlling budgets and measuring what the spend produces. LinkedIn Campaign Manager is the native tool, and every other product on this page connects to it.
The third-party market splits into three groups. Attribution tools such as Fibbler and ZenABM show which companies engage with LinkedIn ads and match them to CRM pipeline. Account-based orchestration tools such as Recotap, Factors.ai and Influ2 change who sees ads by account list, journey stage, intent or named contact. Execution tools such as Metadata and Optmyzr act on the campaigns themselves, with automated launches, budget changes, rules and cross-channel reporting.
This page covers paid LinkedIn ads. Tools that automate organic LinkedIn outreach, such as connection requests and messages, are a different category.
Every entry was checked against the vendor’s own pages on 2026-10-01. Five of the eight publish software prices, LinkedIn charges only for media, and Metadata and Influ2 quote.
Vendor details and trade-offs
Campaign Manager is LinkedIn's self-service ad management tool. LinkedIn's help centre states that it is used to create, launch and evaluate the performance of LinkedIn ad campaigns. Every advertiser starts by creating an ad account, which can belong to a personal profile or to a Business Manager account that holds several ad accounts.
Pricing is objective-based. LinkedIn explains that the advertiser picks a campaign objective, places a bid, and competes in an auction against other advertisers that want the same audience. The objective sets the billable event. A website visits campaign, for example, can be charged per landing page click under manual bidding, or per impression under maximum delivery or cost cap bidding. Sponsored Messaging is charged per send.
LinkedIn's budget guidance lists a minimum daily budget of USD 10 for any ad format and a minimum lifetime budget of USD 100 for new campaigns. It suggests a default of USD 25 a day for new advertisers.
Most products on this page connect to Campaign Manager through LinkedIn's marketing APIs. Buyers should treat it as the baseline: the question for each third-party tool is which gap in native targeting, reporting or workflow it closes, and whether that gap is worth a second fee.
Potential strengths
- No software fee beyond media spend
- Full access to LinkedIn ad formats, objectives and bidding strategies
- Business Manager can own several ad accounts
Trade-offs
- Reporting stops at LinkedIn activity and does not join CRM pipeline on its own
- No account-level frequency control across a target list
- Managing many accounts or channels needs separate tools
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Pay for media only; charged per billable event
- Source review: checked Oct 1, 2026

Metadata positions itself as an execution layer for B2B paid campaigns. Its homepage describes software that builds audiences, campaigns, creatives, offers and media plans, while the marketing team reviews budgets, approvals, channel structure and pipeline evidence before anything goes live.
LinkedIn is one of several managed channels. The pricing page lists LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Microsoft and Reddit, and the homepage adds video and LLM channels. Metadata states that its platform has run more than USD 1 billion in ad spend and 263,554 experiments, and that bid and budget agents adjust campaigns thousands of times a day.
Every plan includes the full agent team and platform: audience building, multi-channel campaign execution, creative generation, experiment management and pipeline-level reporting. Technical teams can connect Claude Code or a custom agent to the Metadata MCP server and control audiences, campaigns, creative, budgets and approvals without the user interface.
Metadata does not publish prices. Its pricing page names three inputs: channels under management, managed ad spend, and which tasks the team keeps or delegates. The sales process is a working session on a live campaign brief, followed by a written proposal. Teams that only need reporting on LinkedIn ads will find narrower tools on this page.
Potential strengths
- Covers LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Reddit and other paid channels from one platform
- Every plan includes audience building, creative generation, experiments and pipeline reporting
- Budgets, approvals and brand control stay with the customer team
Trade-offs
- No published prices
- Buying starts with a scoped sales session
- Broad multi-channel scope may exceed what a LinkedIn-only team needs
- Product reference

Fibbler is a paid ads attribution and activation tool that starts with LinkedIn Ads. It shows which companies see and click LinkedIn ads, then matches those companies to deals in the CRM so that marketers can connect spend to pipeline and revenue.
Every plan includes LinkedIn Ads attribution, CRM sync and a 30-day free trial that needs no credit card. The Growth plan lists unlimited company insights, campaign analytics, customer journeys and audience exclusions, plus signals and campaign optimisation features, for one user. Unlimited adds Salesforce, unlimited CRM sync, signals and campaign optimisation, unlimited users, priority support, benchmarks and an MCP connection to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. The Agency plan includes two workspaces, all CRMs and a client view for switching between them.
Fibbler supports HubSpot, Attio and Pipedrive on all plans. Salesforce is limited to Unlimited and Agency. Google Ads attribution is an add-on for existing subscribers at USD 59 per account per month, covering up to 1,000 identified companies a month, and Meta attribution is also listed as a channel add-on.
The security section states that Fibbler does not access personally identifiable information and works with company-level and deal-level data only.
Potential strengths
- Published prices and a 30-day free trial without a credit card
- HubSpot, Attio and Pipedrive available on every plan
- Agency plan with a client view across workspaces
Trade-offs
- Salesforce integration requires Unlimited or Agency
- Growth is limited to one user
- Google and Meta attribution are paid add-ons rather than core features
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly or annual subscription, invoiced through Stripe
- Source review: checked Oct 1, 2026

ZenABM sells multi-channel revenue attribution and engagement signals for account-based marketing, built around LinkedIn ads data. Its pricing page states that it applies no markup to ad spend.
The core feature is LinkedIn company insights with intent: ZenABM shows which companies engage with LinkedIn campaigns and turns that engagement into an account score and an intent signal. On Starter, account scoring uses a default model and intent is based on LinkedIn data. From Growth upward, both can be customised.
Analytics dashboards follow the same tiers. Starter shows campaign performance, Growth and Pro separate dashboards by ABM campaign, and Agency separates them by campaign and by client. Starter allows one ABM campaign, Growth three, and Pro and Agency unlimited campaigns. An AI agent called Zena answers questions in chat, limited to 10 chats a day on Starter and 50 on Growth.
The plan comparison lists HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio integrations, webhooks, API access and an MCP server. Agency plans start with three client accounts. ZenABM is a measurement and signals product: campaigns are still built and bought in Campaign Manager.
Potential strengths
- Published prices from USD 59 a month with a free trial
- States no ad-spend markup
- HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio integrations listed in the plan comparison
Trade-offs
- Starter covers only one ABM campaign
- Account scoring is fixed on Starter and customisable only from Growth
- Focused on measurement and signals rather than ad execution
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly or annual subscription
- Source review: checked Oct 1, 2026

Recotap is an account-based marketing platform centred on LinkedIn. Its pricing page describes the Standard plan as everything needed to scale LinkedIn ABM, and its FAQ explains why a team would use Recotap instead of running ads directly in Campaign Manager.
The answer has four parts. Recotap lets marketers tailor ad messaging to each account in a segment, auto-generates ad creatives, controls budget per account or maximises reach, and extends delivery to lower-priority accounts that LinkedIn might otherwise skip.
The Standard plan lists dynamic audience segmentation, journey stage modelling, one-to-one and one-to-many LinkedIn ABM campaigns, automated campaign orchestration, LinkedIn ad personalisation and landing page personalisation. It includes CRM integration with HubSpot, Salesforce and other systems, built-in Bombora and website intent data, account scoring and analytics, one workspace, and email and chat support. A G2 integration is available for teams that already hold a G2 intent subscription.
Enterprise is quoted, and Recotap states that pricing is returned within 24 hours. It adds SSO and custom roles, multiple workspaces, custom data signals, custom reporting, a dedicated account manager, custom onboarding and implementation services.
Potential strengths
- Published Standard plan price
- Bombora and website intent data included
- Landing page personalisation alongside LinkedIn ads
Trade-offs
- Standard is billed annually only
- One workspace on Standard
- G2 intent requires a separate G2 subscription

Factors.ai combines website account identification, account analytics and LinkedIn ad optimisation. Its LinkedIn product is called AdPilot.
The AdPilot page states that in many account lists the top 10% of accounts take about 80% of ad impressions. Factors lets marketers cap the impressions and clicks each account receives in a campaign. When an account hits the limit, it is excluded until the period ends and then re-included. Rules can serve more ads to sales-engaged or high-intent accounts. AdPilot also syncs conversions to LinkedIn through the Conversions API: the help centre explains that website events stream in real time and CRM updates every 24 hours, with encrypted email, LinkedIn click ID and an event ID for de-duplication.
Pricing is published. Lite, at USD 199 a month, identifies website companies and sends Slack or Teams alerts. Basic, at USD 6,000 a year, adds deeper identification, segmentation, LinkedIn Ads influence reporting and CRM sync. Growth, at USD 20,000 a year, adds journey visibility, account scoring and ABM analytics. The tier from USD 30,000 a year lists LinkedIn impression control, conversion feedback and dynamic audience sync to Google and LinkedIn.
Potential strengths
- Published prices for four tiers
- LinkedIn Conversions API sync sends online and CRM conversions back to LinkedIn
- Account identification and journey analytics in the same product
Trade-offs
- LinkedIn impression control and audience sync are listed on the top tier
- Lower tiers focus on website identification rather than ad management
- Annual contracts on all tiers above Lite
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly for Lite; annual for higher plans

Influ2 describes itself as contact-level ABM. Instead of targeting job functions or whole accounts, marketers choose the specific people that sales wants to reach, usually by syncing contacts from the CRM.
Influ2 then distributes ads where each prospect is most likely to engage. Its product page lists LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing and Amazon, and its HubSpot listing adds Taboola. Because impressions are tied to named contacts, the platform reports who saw and clicked each ad and sends real-time notifications to sales so that reps know whom to call and what context to use.
Buyer journeys change the ads a person sees based on engagement and sales stage. Influ2 also generates contact-level intent signals and attributes pipeline and revenue to ad engagement without form fills.
Reach is managed through program slot limits. The help centre explains that a slot is used the first time a target receives an impression in a subscription month, is not returned if the target is removed, and resets each subscription month.
Influ2 does not publish pricing. Its HubSpot marketplace listing shows a yearly subscription that includes all product features and integrations. The homepage lists CCPA and GDPR compliance, ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II attestation.
Potential strengths
- Targets named contacts synced from the CRM
- Real-time sales notifications when a target engages
- ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA compliance listed
Trade-offs
- No published pricing or self-serve sign-up
- LinkedIn is one of several networks rather than the sole focus
- Contact reach is governed by monthly slot limits per program
- Product reference
- Product documentation
- Billing terms: Yearly subscription

Optmyzr is a PPC management toolkit used mainly for Google and Microsoft search advertising. Its pricing page includes a social advertising section that covers Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts.
For LinkedIn, the plan comparison lists connected ad accounts, single-account social tools, a social portfolio dashboard, a social campaign manager, a social rule engine and social reports. Essentials includes a core set of these features, and Premium and Enterprise include the complete set.
The broader toolkit applies to LinkedIn accounts as well. Optmyzr lists cross-platform and multi-account dashboards, white-labelled reports, automated report delivery, budget pacing and alerts, AI-generated performance summaries and rule-engine automations that run weekly or monthly on Essentials and as often as hourly on Enterprise. Integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Google Sheets and an MCP connection for AI tools.
Pricing starts at USD 209 a month. The price scales with managed ad spend across bands up to USD 500K, and teams spending more are sent to sales for a custom plan. A setup service costs USD 199 an hour. Optmyzr suits a team or agency that already runs search through it and wants LinkedIn in the same reports and rules.
Potential strengths
- Published starting price
- LinkedIn and Meta covered by the same rule engine and reports as search
- White-labelled dashboards and reports for agencies
Trade-offs
- Social features are a core subset on Essentials
- Built mainly for search advertising, with LinkedIn as one channel
- Price rises with managed ad spend
- Product reference
- Pricing source
- Billing terms: Monthly subscription scaled by ad spend
- Source review: checked Oct 1, 2026

Frequently asked questions
What is LinkedIn campaign management software?
LinkedIn campaign management software helps advertisers build, target, optimise and report on LinkedIn ad campaigns. LinkedIn Campaign Manager is the native tool. Third-party products connect to it to add company-level attribution, account-based targeting, impression control, automated execution or multi-account reporting that the native tool does not provide on its own.
How much does LinkedIn campaign management software cost?
Prices checked in October 2026: Campaign Manager has no software fee and requires at least USD 10 a day in media. ZenABM starts from USD 59 a month and Fibbler at USD 89 a month. Optmyzr starts at USD 209 a month. Recotap Standard is USD 1,499 a month billed annually, and Factors.ai runs from USD 199 a month to USD 30,000 a year and up. Metadata and Influ2 quote.
Is LinkedIn Campaign Manager enough on its own?
For many advertisers it is. Campaign Manager provides every LinkedIn ad format, objective and bidding strategy. Third-party tools add value when a team needs to connect ad engagement to CRM deals, limit impressions per target account, personalise ads by account or journey stage, target named contacts, or manage many ad accounts and channels from one place.
What is the difference between LinkedIn ads tools and LinkedIn automation tools?
LinkedIn ads tools manage paid campaigns bought through Campaign Manager. LinkedIn automation tools automate organic outreach such as connection requests and messages from personal profiles. The products on this page work with paid ads. Outreach automation is a separate category with different products and different platform rules.
Which tools help with LinkedIn account-based marketing?
Recotap runs stage-based LinkedIn ABM campaigns with personalised ads. Factors.ai caps impressions per account and syncs audiences. Influ2 targets named contacts across LinkedIn and other networks. ZenABM and Fibbler measure which accounts engage and connect that engagement to CRM pipeline. Metadata builds and runs audiences and campaigns across channels.
Can these tools attribute LinkedIn ads to pipeline and revenue?
Several can. Fibbler and ZenABM match companies that engage with LinkedIn ads to CRM deals. Factors.ai reports LinkedIn Ads influence on accounts and sends conversions back through the Conversions API. Influ2 attributes engagement to named contacts. Metadata reports pipeline across channels. Campaign Manager reports LinkedIn conversions but does not join CRM pipeline on its own.
Do these tools charge a percentage of ad spend?
Most charge a subscription. ZenABM states that it adds no ad-spend markup. Optmyzr scales its subscription price with managed ad spend. Metadata names managed ad spend as one input to its quote. Influ2 bills a yearly subscription while media runs through the customer's ad accounts. LinkedIn charges media through its auction in every case.
How were these LinkedIn campaign management tools selected?
The page includes LinkedIn Campaign Manager and third-party products that document LinkedIn ad targeting, optimisation, orchestration or attribution, each with a live product page and a pricing or documentation page checked on 2026-10-01. Order follows source readiness and content sequence, not quality. No product was tested hands-on. Vendors not listed can contact [email protected].
